Customer service usually responds within a few hours and their team is very knowledgeable and helpful if we have problems with a player offsite! Which isn’t very often! As our company is growing, we have no problems using as our platform to control offsite screens! Pros The ease to manage our advertising screens, changing ads for customers when needed! The platform is very user friendly Cons Wish there was a phone number to talk to customer service, but the chat page helps and they respond pretty quickly. Overall, very happy with Yodeck. Pros I found to be a cost-effective solution to manage my screens, and I also love how easy it is to set up the screens. It is really fast in deployment to the screens, and customer support is great. I got responses on time, and they also have quick help videos on Youtube which makes it easy to use. At one point this past year, we were in a tornado warning. I was able to take over the screens and not only warn everyone but guide them to the safest place. October 7, 2025 4.0 I work mostly with mobile Digital Signage Screens and and often they come with a CMS that doesn´t have all neccessary features or the simplie UI that you wish for. Thats where comes in. Their system works smooth and fast on all devices I have tried it on and when something is wrong I get notified. Since we are in the process of starting up our business we dont have a big budget to spend on extra services but with Yodeck we don´t have to. So far I havn´t had the need for any customer support so I´m not in liberty to review that now. With time I will probobly do a full checklist of missing features and sent it to the Yodeck dev team. But time will tell if its just me that hasn´t found them yet. Pros I love that works on most devices and have an easy solution for those who dont by getting a RPi Player with their software on, and the software is fast and stable. The Price is great for all that you get. Cons When creating Playlists there are alot of features that I miss from other CMS´s but so far I´ve managed to get it to work.
