I had reached out to support and they said that the app should exist and they do not know why I am having issues. I will have to try looking into this more soon and see if I can get this resolved. The easiest solution is that now that we have implemented Yodeck, as our old Fire Sticks break down we can just replace them with Raspberry Pi's instead.
