### "Client-Friendly Digital Signage Platform That Makes Onboarding Easy"

May 1, 2026

5.0

has been an excellent digital signage platform for both deployment and client-facing use. The system is easy to configure, the interface is clean and intuitive, and the available apps, layouts, and content tools make it simple to build polished signage workflows without adding unnecessary complexity. One of the biggest advantages for us has been how client-friendly the platform is. The UI is easy for non-technical users to understand, which makes onboarding much smoother and allows clients to manage day-to-day content updates with confidence. The Yodeck team has also been great to work with. From the front-end sales process to technical support, they have been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we have needed assistance, the support team has jumped in quickly and helped resolve questions or issues in an efficient and professional manner. So far, we have not run into any bugs or platform-related issues. The system feels very stable, and the frequent feature updates give us confidence that the product is actively improving. After our previous digital signage provider shut down abruptly, moving to Yodeck has been a very positive decision and has given us a much stronger long-term solution for our clients.

Pros

is very client-friendly. The user interface is clean, easy to navigate, and simple enough for non-technical users to manage after training. The built-in app library, layout options, and content management tools make client onboarding much faster and allow us to create efficient workflows for different signage use cases.

Cons

At this point, we have not run into any major cons. The platform has been stable, and we have not experienced bugs or reliability issues. As long as the client workflow is properly scoped and designed around ’s capabilities, the system works very well.

### "Professional Digital Signage That Doesn't Break the Bank"

May 12, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been exceptionally positive, primarily due to its balance of professional-grade features and "plug-and-play" simplicity. It transformed a potentially complex IT task into a streamlined, creative process. Reliability & Performance The most impressive aspect is the "set and forget" reliability. Once a screen is configured, it rarely requires manual intervention. Even when internet connectivity dips, the local caching ensures the content keeps running smoothly. The integration with Raspberry Pi hardware is seamless, providing a stable 4K output that rivals much more expensive PC-based setups. The Creative Workflow The UI/UX is a highlight—the dashboard feels modern and intuitive. I particularly appreciate the Layout Manager, which allows for complex screen zoning (like running a live news ticker under a video) without needing to be a coding expert. The transition from designing a slide to seeing it live on a TV in a different room happens in seconds, which is incredibly satisfying. Customer-Centric Value From an ROI perspective, Yodeck feels like a partner rather than just a vendor. The "1-screen free" plan allowed for extensive testing without financial risk, and the inclusion of free hardware on annual plans made scaling the project an easy decision for my budget. Areas for Growth While the experience is 90% seamless, there is a slight learning curve when managing large-scale playlists or complex nested folders. Additionally, I’d love to see more advanced AI-driven audience analytics integrated directly into the dashboard to better measure the real-world impact of the displays. Final Verdict: Yodeck is the gold standard for anyone who needs enterprise-level digital signage with the ease of use of a consumer app. It’s powerful enough for IT professionals but simple enough for a marketing intern to manage daily.

Pros

1\. UI / UX (User Experience) is widely regarded for having a low learning curve. The Dashboard: The interface is clean and avoids "menu bloat." Navigating between "Media," "Playlists," and "Screens" feels logical. Layout Editor: It uses a canvas-based drag-and-drop editor. You don’t need to be a graphic designer to create zones (e.g., a video on the left, a scrolling news ticker on the bottom, and a clock in the corner). Previewing: A standout feature is the ability to preview exactly what will show on your screen directly from your browser before you hit "Push to Players." 2. Integrations The platform acts as a bridge between your data and your screens. Content Apps: It features a library of "Widgets" including Google Calendar, YouTube, Zoom Video, and various news/weather feeds. Data Visualization: For corporate offices, the integration with Power BI and Tableau is critical for displaying real-time KPIs. Social Media: It supports live walls for Instagram and X (Twitter), which are popular for retail and event spaces. 3. Performance Yodeck is built to be a "set and forget" system. Offline Playback: Once content is downloaded to the player, it continues to run even if the internet connection drops—a vital feature for reliability. Resource Management: It is highly optimized for Raspberry Pi hardware, ensuring smooth 4K video playback without the stuttering often seen in web-browser-based signage solutions. 4. Pricing / ROI This is perhaps Yodeck’s strongest competitive advantage. The "Free" Factor: They offer a single-monitor plan that is free forever, which is perfect for testing or very small shops. Hardware Savings: For annual subscribers, Yodeck provides their customized Raspberry Pi players at no extra cost. ROI: Because the software is affordable and the hardware is often included, the "break-even" point for a business is reached much faster than with high-end enterprise competitors. 5. Support / Onboarding Onboarding: The setup process uses a simple "Pairing Code" system. You plug the player into a TV, a code appears, and you type it into your web dashboard to link them. Technical Support: They are known for a very responsive support team and a massive "Knowledge Base" that includes step-by-step video tutorials for almost every possible configuration. 6. AI / Intelligence Yodeck has begun integrating smarter automation to keep content fresh. Automated Content: Using RSS feeds and AI-driven widgets, the system can automatically update news or internal data without manual intervention. Smart Scheduling: You can set "Tags" on your screens. For example, if you tag a screen as "Outdoor," the AI-managed playlist can automatically filter for high-contrast content optimized for daylight viewing. Future-Proofing: They are actively expanding their "Smart Engine" to help users generate layout suggestions based on the type of business (Retail vs. Corporate vs. Education).

Cons

While is a powerhouse in the digital signage space, no platform is perfect. 1. UI / UX: Backend Complexity The Issue: While the "front-end" display looks great, users often find the backend management—specifically for playlists and media organization—becomes cumbersome at scale. Navigating deep folder structures or finding specific apps can feel repetitive. Impact: Managing 10+ screens with unique content across each can become a "multi-click" chore rather than a streamlined process. Improvement: Implementing a more modern "global search" for assets and a simplified bulk-editing mode for playlists would save significant time. 2. Integrations: Third-Party Scaling Issues The Issue: Some third-party integrations (like certain Google Slides or social media widgets) occasionally suffer from sync delays or text-scaling bugs where content doesn't "auto-fit" the screen correctly. Impact: This can result in unreadable text or outdated information being displayed until a manual refresh is pushed. Improvement: Developing more "native" versions of these apps rather than relying on web-frames would improve stability and visual consistency. 3. Performance: Raspberry Pi Limitations The Issue: Yodeck is heavily optimized for Raspberry Pi, but hardware-intensive layouts (e.g., multiple 4K video zones + live tickers + Power BI) can lead to lag or stuttering on older Pi models. Impact: High-end creative displays may not look as smooth as they would on a dedicated PC-based media player. Improvement: Better "resource warnings" in the layout editor could alert users when a layout is too heavy for their specific hardware before they push it live. 4. Pricing / ROI: The "Single Free Screen" Gap The Issue: Yodeck’s famous "1-screen free" plan is excellent, but once you add a second screen, the first screen is no longer free—you must pay for both. Impact: For small businesses scaling from one to two monitors, the sudden jump from $0 to a full monthly bill for two units can feel like a steep entry barrier. Improvement: Transitioning to a model where the first screen remains free indefinitely, even when adding paid screens, would be a major win for user loyalty. 5. Support / Onboarding: Connectivity Troubleshooting The Issue: If a player loses its Wi-Fi configuration or an SD card becomes corrupted, remote troubleshooting is nearly impossible. You often need physical access to the device to re-image the card or fix settings. Impact: This is a major pain point for IT managers overseeing screens in different cities or remote locations. Improvement: Introducing "stateless" pairing or a more robust fail-safe OS that can be reset via a mobile app (Bluetooth) would solve many "offline" headaches. 6. AI / Intelligence: Missing Advanced Analytics The Issue: Compared to some high-end competitors, Yodeck’s Proof of Play and audience analytics are basic. It lacks deep AI-driven insights into "who" is looking at the screen (audience demographics/dwell time). Impact: Marketing teams may find it difficult to justify the ROI based on viewer engagement data alone. Improvement: Integrating AI-based camera support (computer vision) for basic heatmaps or dwell-time tracking would move Yodeck from a "display tool" to a "marketing intelligence tool."

### "Ideal Digital Signage for Community Hubs and Social Clubs – Simple, Affordable, and Effective"

March 19, 2026

5.0

has been a fantastic addition to our community hub and social club. We run it on a single Raspberry Pi with an HDMI splitter to power two screens around the venue, and it’s been completely reliable. For a community‑run space with mixed levels of technical confidence, it’s exactly the kind of solution we needed.

Pros

\- ery easy to set up and manage.\*\* Once the Raspberry Pi was connected, everything else was handled through ’s dashboard. - Volunteers can update content without any training. - Flexible layouts and media tools. Uploading posters, videos, and announcements is quick, and the layout editor makes it simple to create professional‑looking screens. - Perfect for promoting events and sharing community info. We use it for upcoming gigs, club nights, safety messages, and general notices. - Useful integrations. Canva designs drop straight in, countdown timers help build excitement for events, and the built‑in weather app is great for visitors planning their day. - Screen scheduling saves energy. We set screen hours to match our opening times, which keeps things efficient and hands‑free.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike. A few more community‑focused widgets would be welcome, but the current selection already covers most of our needs.

### "my Exprerience"

May 11, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with was very positive. The platform provided an easy and efficient way to manage digital signage content across multiple screens. I appreciated how simple the setup process was, even for users without much technical knowledge. The interface was clean, intuitive, and made scheduling and updating content straightforward. Yodeck offered reliable performance, good media support, and helpful templates that saved time when creating displays. Remote management was especially useful for controlling screens from different locations. Although there were some limitations with advanced customization and pricing tiers, the system remained stable and practical. Overall, Yodeck delivered a professional and user-friendly digital signage experience.

Pros

What I liked most about was its simplicity and flexibility. The platform made it easy to create, schedule, and manage digital signage content without needing advanced technical skills. I especially appreciated the intuitive interface, which allowed quick updates and smooth navigation. The media management tools were reliable, and the templates helped save a lot of time when preparing professional-looking displays. Another strong point was the remote management feature, which made controlling multiple screens very convenient. Yodeck also offered stable performance and responsive customer support whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it provided an efficient, user-friendly, and highly practical digital signage solution.

Cons

One thing I liked least about was that some advanced customization features felt limited compared to more complex digital signage platforms. While the interface was simple and beginner-friendly, certain design options and integrations required extra effort or technical workarounds. At times, the loading speed for large media files could be slower than expected, especially when managing multiple screens. I also found that some features were locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller businesses with limited budgets. Additionally, the mobile experience could be improved for easier on-the-go management. Despite these issues, the platform still performed reliably for everyday digital signage needs.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use Digital Signage Solution"

January 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s a stable, well-designed digital signage platform that works well for both small setups and larger deployments. The system is dependable, updates are consistent, and customer support has been responsive and helpful when needed. Yodeck has made managing digital displays much easier and more efficient compared to other solutions I’ve used.

Pros

is very easy to use and extremely reliable. The web-based dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage content across multiple screens from anywhere. Scheduling playlists, updating content remotely, and organizing media is straightforward, even for non-technical users. The player hardware is dependable, and once it’s set up, it runs smoothly with little to no maintenance. I also like the flexibility of supported content types, including images, videos, web pages, and dashboards.

Cons

Occasionally, there can be slight delays when pushing updates to screens, especially with larger media files. Some advanced features take a bit of time to fully learn, and a few customization options could be expanded. However, these are minor issues and do not impact day-to-day use.

### "Finally a seamless solution for portrait displays!"

February 15, 2026

5.0

If you are looking for a digital signage solution that just works - especially if you have a non-standard screen orientation - is the way to go. It’s user-friendly, feature-rich, and very robust. I'm able to slim down a lot of functions embedded in my website that is displayed because yodeck has all the features i coded into the page risking its stability. Things like scheduled reloads for example.

Pros

The biggest lifesaver for me was the orientation setup. I struggled for a long time with other systems to get my information screen running in portrait mode (vertical). With , it was literally just one click and it worked perfectly. Besides the easy setup, the platform is incredibly stable and reliable. It’s packed with professional features and widgets that you wouldn't expect for free. The fact that they offer one screen for free with full functionality is absolutely amazing. Just some extra functions are only available through licence.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found any downsides yet. It solved a problem I had for weeks in just a few minutes.

### "Fabulous platform. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional in-house support."

January 30, 2026

5.0

I’ve been a customer since 2021, and I, and my team, have been impressed with the options, interface and reliability of the Yodeck platform. Recently, I approached their team with a non-standard request related to a transition scenario that didn’t fit neatly into existing workflows. What stood out immediately was the way the situation was handled — with discretion, care, and genuine professionalism. Rather than defaulting to limitations, the support and customer success teams worked collaboratively to find a solution, keeping communication clear and respectful throughout. I’ve participated in formal customer experience and service training over the years, and this interaction reflected a level of thoughtfulness, advocacy, and follow-through that’s increasingly rare. It’s clear Yodeck invests in its people and empowers them to think critically and escalate appropriately when the situation calls for it. If you’re evaluating digital signage providers, this platform is backed by a team that truly understands the importance of long-term relationships and customer trust.

Pros

• Solid, reliable platform • Extremely reasonable pricing • Consistent additions and upgrades to their offerings • Exceptionally professional and well-trained support team • Willingness to thoughtfully handle edge-case scenarios • Clear communication and follow-through

Cons

We really have had a stellar experience. In the few cases where we were confused, we found the answers immediately on their support panel. On the two occasions when we needed more support, we were immediately directed to a real person at (not outsourced support) who provided clear direction and a successful resolution.

### "Love Yodeck"

December 4, 2025

5.0

Before , updating screens meant USB sticks, manual uploads, or waiting for staff to change things. Now I can update every store instantly from my laptop or phone. If I change a price, launch a special, or promote a new drink, it’s live across all venues in seconds. It also removes the stress of human error — no outdated menus, no mismatched branding, no missed promos. Everything stays clean, consistent, and on-brand. Benefits I’m seeing: Huge time savings — updates take seconds, not hours. Consistency across all locations — every store always shows the correct menu and pricing. No more manual updates — everything is remote and automated. Professional branding — templates look sharp without needing a designer. Better customer experience — clear, modern screens that actually help sales. Less workload for staff — they don’t have to touch the screens at all. Overall, Yodeck gives me control, saves time, reduces mistakes, and helps keep all my cafés running smoothly — even when I can’t be everywhere at once.

Pros

As a café owner with multiple locations, staying on top of digital menus and promotions can get chaotic fast — but has genuinely taken that stress off my plate. The platform is incredibly simple to use, the interface is clean, and updates push to every screen instantly. I can schedule content, swap out specials, or update pricing from anywhere, and it all just works. Reliability has been rock-solid across all stores, and the remote management is a lifesaver when you’re juggling different sites and teams. The built-in templates look professional right away, which saves a heap of design time and keeps everything on-brand. For the price, the value is amazing. If you’re running multiple venues or just want digital signage that’s powerful, reliable, and ridiculously easy to manage, Yodeck is honestly one of the best tools you can use.

Cons

none. it worked well and met all the minimum requirements i needed it to do. I cant say anything bad about it

January 28, 2026

Overall, the experience with has been very positive. It solved the problem of having to physically visit locations to update screen content. Now everything can be managed online and remotely, saving time and operational effort. The platform is reliable, easy to learn, and works exactly as expected.

Pros

The ease of use is definitely the biggest advantage. Installation was very fast and straightforward, and managing content both on the TV device and through the web platform is intuitive. The content management system works smoothly and allows remote updates without any complications, which makes daily operation much more efficient.

Cons

### "Yodeck... A simple solution"

December 18, 2025

5.0

Using feels straightforward and practical. You can set up screens quickly and update content without fuss. Scheduling different playlists for different times makes planning easy, and remote management lets you control everything from wherever you are. The interface stays clear even as you add more screens. You won’t find deep template customisation, and learning some advanced features takes patience, but the core functions work smoothly most of the time. The pricing is fair, and the free option for a single screen lets you try it without commitment. If you need simple digital signage that keeps your content timely and under control, Yodeck delivers.

Pros

The interface is clean and easy to use, with a drag-and-drop editor that lets you update content fast. You can schedule playlists by time or day, manage screens remotely from any location, and keep costs low with affordable pricing starting around $8 per month and a free plan for one screen.

Cons

Customisation options in templates are limited, and some advanced features take time to learn. You may also notice small quirks while waiting for devices to sync, which can slow updates at times.

### "Reliable and Easy Digital Signage for Cafes"

January 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, has saved us time, reduced printing costs, and made our front-of-house presentation cleaner and more dynamic. It’s easy to use, stable, and doesn’t require constant attention, exactly what you want in a small business setting.

Pros

For a cafe environment, the biggest advantage is the ability to instantly update menu content, pricing, and specials from anywhere. It’s fast, dependable, and removes the hassle of reprinting and redesigning physical menus.

Cons

The platform works great, but the design templates are a bit limited. More built-in layouts, fonts, and styling options would make menu updates even faster.

### "Very efficient for internal communication"

April 18, 2026

5.0

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy it is to manage and deploy content across multiple screens. In practice, it’s very useful to display operational KPIs, internal announcements, or project updates in offices or sites. For example, in a multi-site environment, being able to push the same information instantly to all screens brings real consistency and saves time

Cons

What I liked least about is that reporting and analytics are still somewhat limited. If you want to measure impact or track engagement in a structured way, you may need additional tools. Also, initial setup with hardware (like Raspberry Pi) can be slightly technical for non-IT users

Pros

Super easy to use, great value, support has been very helpful when we needed them. Very flexible in what can be displayed in the signage, which has allowed us to use it in some creative ways to really boost communication and production.

### "Easy-to-use and reliable digital signage platform"

September 2, 2025

5.0

Overall, has been an excellent digital signage solution for our organisation. It has streamlined the way we manage communications, saved time for our team, and improved consistency across locations. While there are areas for improvement, the platform offers great value for money and delivers exactly what we need for daily signage management.

Pros

is very user-friendly, making it easy to schedule and manage content across multiple displays. The ability to update screens remotely saves a huge amount of time, and the template options help keep signage professional without needing design expertise. The platform is reliable and integrates smoothly with different media formats.

Cons

### "Reliable Digital Signage Platform That Just Works"

September 22, 2025

4.0

has proven to be a reliable and cost-effective digital signage solution that delivers on its promises. The platform strikes an excellent balance between functionality and simplicity. Setup was quick, management is straightforward, and the system runs reliably without constant intervention. It's particularly well-suited for organizations that need professional digital signage capabilities without the complexity or cost of enterprise solutions. The ability to centrally manage multiple displays has saved significant time, and the scheduling features keep our content fresh without manual updates. After evaluating several alternatives, Yodeck stood out for its practical approach and solid execution.

Pros

The platform excels in ease of use - getting started was straightforward and the learning curve minimal. The web-based content management system is intuitive and reliable, allowing remote management from anywhere. Value for money is excellent, especially with the free tier for testing and affordable scaling options. The player functionality is solid with good compatibility across different hardware including Raspberry Pi. Content management features are comprehensive without being overwhelming, supporting various media formats and scheduling options. Customer support has been responsive when needed. The system's stability means less IT overhead for troubleshooting display issues.

Cons

Still early in our deployment, so no major issues identified yet. Minor areas that could be enhanced include more advanced template options and perhaps more granular user permission controls for larger deployments. Some of the advanced features take time to discover and could be more prominently documented. Would appreciate more integration options with third-party data sources for dynamic content. Overall though, these are minor points that don't significantly impact the positive experience.

Alternatives considered

offered the best combination of simplicity, features, and value. While Rise Vision was capable, Yodeck's interface felt more intuitive and required less training for our team. Comeen had some nice workplace features but came at a higher price point without significant advantages for our use case. Airtame's strength in wireless presentation wasn't a primary need for us - we wanted dedicated digital signage that just works reliably. Yodeck's pricing structure was more transparent and scalable, the player hardware options were more flexible, and the content management system hit the right balance of being powerful without being overly complex. The ability to use affordable Raspberry Pi players was also a plus, giving us more control over our hardware costs. Overall, Yodeck delivered everything we needed without unnecessary bells and whistles or premium pricing.

### "Great software and support, once setup!"

November 19, 2025

4.0

Especially for the price paid, our experience has been great. When you buy a yearly plan, the equipment is included, so it was very worth while for us. We look to use more players in the future.

Pros

Once setup, the players are super easy to manipulate and add content too. It offers build it apps that allow you to add different features to the TV's, my favorite were the time and weather apps. Management is very easy on the dashboard, and allows you to remotely control everything. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday and were extremely helpful.

Cons

If you get your players without pre setting up the Wi-Fi, and can take a minute to setup each individual player, but the setup process is rather quick and intuitive. Most issues were easily fixed with a restart.

### "You'll be up and running in less then 30 minutes, its so easy to use"

November 5, 2025

5.0

I must say, my overall experience with has been fantastic. Not only is the software user-friendly and reliable, but it’s also exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. I’m so impressed that I’ve started recommending Yodeck to my large-screen customers as the go-to solution for their locations. If you’re looking for a way to easily manage and display content on big screens, Yodeck is definitely worth checking out

Pros

Honestly, I was surprised by how easy this was to set up and use! I expected to be fumbling around and learning it for ages, but the interface is so intuitive that within minutes I was already creating my first playlist. Plus, you can update it from anywhere. Yes, it's easier if you have a computer in front of you, but you can also make quick updates from your phone if needed. It’s really convenient!

Cons

The only thing I haven’t liked so far is the on/off switch feature. It just hasn’t worked for me yet. Maybe I’m missing something or doing it wrong. Other than that, everything else has been great

### "Excellent and great product "

May 5, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been excellent. It is a powerful and dependable digital signage solution that saves time and simplifies content management. The setup process is straightforward, and the performance has been consistent without major issues. I would highly recommend Yodeck to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-manage digital signage platform.

Pros

liked most about is its ease of use and reliability. The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to upload content, schedule playlists, and manage screens remotely. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the cloud-based system allows access from anywhere. I also appreciate the stable performance and how smoothly content updates across devices without delays.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If anything, I would say that adding more advanced customization options or templates could make it even better, but overall the platform already meets most needs effectively.

### "Yodeck is a GAME-CHANGER"

December 26, 2025

5.0

I absolutely LOVE . We tried it out simply due to the cost - we hadn't ever had screens in our shop before and wanted to see how it would work. Yodeck was the most functional and comprehensive for that price. It has improved communications across our shop floor and departments, helped us roll out some massive company initiatives, and will now be playing a part in communicating company KPIs to everyone. I HIGHLY encourage anyone who is thinking about trying Yodeck out to do it. You won't regret it!

Pros

is fantastic value for the price you pay, and their customer service has been absolutely spectacular. They are timely in their responses, and even if it isn't an issue on their end, keep the ticket open until you figure out how to resolve it. They even offered to talk directly with our IT team to help us solve the network issue we had! It is super easy to use and versatile.

Cons

We really only had issues when upgraded our players, and even then, it wasn't a issue, but a network permissions issue with our IT team. I really don't have any cons - it has mostly been plug and play, and the learning curve for their platform was very simple.

### "Great Option for a Small Business"

January 6, 2026

4.0

is a great way to show patient reviews in our waiting room. As a small business, we were looking for an inexpensive solution, and Yodeck does the trick! I will continue to use the software.

Pros

is a great value. It's pretty easy to use and intuitive. Having an app with Amazon/Firestick is exactly what I was looking for, and the free plan more than meets my needs as a small business. Customer service is responsive.

Cons

Content management is a little difficult for large volumes. While everything can be organized, it's not easy to find when putting together your playlist, and the playlist needs to be scrolled constantly to see what you have at the end. My player does occasionally disconnect and it's difficult to reconnect it, but I couldn't say why - following all of the troubleshooting steps just doesn't work and I have to go to customer service. Customer service does help but I never understand what I wasn't doing right in the first place.

### "Choose Yodeck, you won't regret it. Best in the business!"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Fantastic, the best in the business. Great pricing, reliable and functional software/hardware, easily scalable.

Pros

Value for the money is the top thing, plus the advanced programmability and advanced features. It's easy to setup, change and maintain these systems. I haven't experienced any bugs or issues and their customer service is 10/10 with help for programming apps or making your own integrations. I love ! Building digital signage on Raspberry pi's is a great idea, they are fast, sleek and portable!

Cons

Nothing, this software is perfect. I'd love to see some more cool tool add-ons like Order Calling Systems, Appointment managers and more functional solutions. Intergrating my own appointments system was a bit of a task trying to make the webpage appear properly when I put this in a restaurant, but not 's fault. If you added these on say for a small fee I think it would be a huge success!

### "Smooth Setup with Exceptional Guidance"

October 29, 2025

4.0

It’s a straightforward, plug-and-play solution that makes screen management easy and reliable. The setup is quick, the interface is intuitive, and updates or content changes are seamless even for non-technical users.

Pros

The support from YoBot has been very helpful. I haven’t found a scenario where it couldn’t provide clear direction.

Cons

I wish there were discounts on annual subscription renewals. The free player option is great, but a loyalty incentive for long-term users would make it even better.

### "Fantastic Digital Signage at an affordable price!"

March 20, 2026

5.0

has been a fantastic solution for our digital signage needs. It’s simple to use, highly reliable, and offers great flexibility in content management. The ability to control screens remotely has saved us a lot of time, and the pricing makes it accessible even for smaller organisations.

Pros

The platform is incredibly easy to set-up and manage. Uploading content is straight forward. The support provided is fantastic and the included emergency alerts features really tops it all off. It is also extremely good value for money compared to other vendors.

Cons

It can be quite simple in places but this can be a positive for less technical users. There can be small delays syncing new content but this is not an issue.
