Still stable, reliable and full-featured. Yodeck has been a great tool to modernise and manager our digital screens.

Pros

Really reliable, easy and flexible management of digital signage. Lots of different features - works really well for managing many different screens over a large area.

Cons

The layout manager - when you incorporate too many elements into a layout it can be slow to load on the supplied RPI4.

Yodeck is easy to use, can be up and running within a matter of hours. Also easy to use by non IT personel

Easy to use and Great support We bought Yodeck a few weeks ago the players arrived within 24 hours. Account manager was also very helpful

Network settings have to be exactly right to make the players work This is not really Yodeck's fault but can be annoying

We use Yodeck on our show trailer to manage on-site digital signage, and it has completely transformed how our marketing team handles content. Previously, updating what was displayed required manual intervention on the device itself. Now, the team can swap out videos and images remotely and push the changes straight to the player, with updates reflecting in real time. It keeps our display fresh and relevant without anyone needing to be physically present at the trailer, saving time and making the whole process seamless.

Pros

The combination of a genuinely useful free tier and an incredibly straightforward setup process makes Yodeck stand out immediately. For a single screen, the free plan gives you everything you need to get up and running without any financial commitment, which is rare in the digital signage space. Beyond that, the pricing for additional screens is very fair compared to competitors. The support team has also been excellent whenever I've had questions, responding quickly and actually solving problems rather than just pointing you at documentation.

Cons

The dashboard can feel a little overwhelming when you first log in, as there are quite a few options and menus to get familiar with. A more guided onboarding experience for new users would help flatten that initial learning curve. That said, once you've spent a little time with it, it becomes second nature.

Pros

What I liked most about Yodeck is how easy it is to manage and deploy content across multiple screens. In practice, it’s very useful to display operational KPIs, internal announcements, or project updates in offices or sites. For example, in a multi-site environment, being able to push the same information instantly to all screens brings real consistency and saves time

Cons

What I liked least about Yodeck is that reporting and analytics are still somewhat limited. If you want to measure impact or track engagement in a structured way, you may need additional tools. Also, initial setup with hardware (like Raspberry Pi) can be slightly technical for non-IT users

My experience using Yodeck at US Modules has been excellent from day one. We needed a fast solution to roll out high‑quality, reliable display content on a very tight timeline before our Grand Opening, and Yodeck delivered. We were able to create polished, professional content quickly, and it was easy to integrate information we were already using on other platforms, which saved a lot of time and effort. The system itself is reliable and straightforward to use, and the learning curve was minimal. Their support team was responsive and extremely helpful in getting us set up and comfortable with the platform. On top of the strong functionality, the pricing is very competitive, and the fact that they shipped the equipment to us for free in just two days was a huge bonus. Overall, Yodeck has proven to be the best-value solution for our digital signage needs at US Modules.

Pros

We needed a fast solution to roll out high quality, reliable display content in a very short timeline before our Grand Opening event. Not only was YoDeck able to facilitate creating the content quickly, the content is very aesthetically pleasing, easy to integrate to information we're already using on other platforms, and they shipped us equipment (for free!) in 2 days! The system is reliable, easy to use, and the support teams helped me get set up and learn the system in no time. They really are the best solution available, and at the best price too!

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints at all. Support was easy to access and so fast, any time I needed help.

My overall experience has been nothing short but great. It went above and beyond expectations for me.

Pros

How easy it is to use. The platform was easy top set up and navigate throughout. There is plenty of videos to help as well

Cons

I do not think there was much I did not like about Yodeck. Once I was able to manage through it, it is pretty easy

Support team is really great. They saw I had 2 screens offline for days and they contacted me to ask if everything is working. I explained that the Raspberry pi keeps disconnecting and they saw that it is constantly trying to connect to 5G wi-fi (witch is some distance away) and that I should set the router to allow rPi to only connect to regular 2.4GHz wi-fi... once I did that I no longer have any disconnects and everything is working fine.

Pros

Really easy to setup and register a screen. It's super easy and convenient. You just type the registration code you see on screen onto YD dashboard and you can start putting commercials up.

Cons

IDK, there are a lot of templates in "Layouts" section, but could have more. Also you could implement keep me logged in so I don't have to log every time. Also, make an app for mobile so I can log through my smartphone, not through browser.

Overall, my experience has been great. Yodeck is reliable, easy to navigate, and does exactly what I need it to do without any unnecessary complexity.

Pros

Yodeck is just super reliable. I love that I don't have to constantly check if the screens are running correctly; it just works in the background. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating layouts very easy even for someone who isn't a designer.

Cons

Nothing—we're very satisfied with the software. We've been happy with the software from the very beginning, and I have no complaints about it
