Super amazing, the customer service was great as well. It came very fast in the mail and I was also never pushed to get a subscription plan.

Pros

Easy to install, and very user friendly, when I had questions the customer service answered me almost immediately and went above and beyond what i needed help with.

Cons

Nothing truly. There are a few apps that seem to be small on our screen, but I think that might just be a tv issue not a yodeck thing.

Very good. I think I needed 15 minutes to setup the software on my Raspberry pi. There are loads of integrations and within 1 hour I had a working info screen in the office.

Pros

easy to use and setup. a lot of integrations for sharing and managing content on multiple screens and good pricing. a lot of value for money. When there is a problem or an issue the costumer support reacts quickly on messages and tickets. Good communication.

Cons

Nothing really. It is easy to setup and to maintain. I havent seen another product with fair pricing and ease of use like this.

It's a good Value for Money. Easy to use. Setup could be a bit tricky, but you'll get used to it and the price makes up for it.

Pros

Value for Money, Ease of use specially for the price. We use it for digital signage marketing and we're happy.

Cons

If Customer Support could be a bit faster to work with, it would be a grand slam. At times you have to wait via email to get assistance.

I love it, and we've used it for over a month now. Overall, it has made my life easier when it comes to pushing out company info and recognition.

Pros

Easy to access, easy to add content, and easy to transfer content. Almost instant transfer to our TVs. The support team is great as well.

Cons

Edit templates and manual changes on layouts. Manually changing every aspect of a layout template can be somewhat difficult.

It's been great. We use it to play in house advertisements at our international volunteer base in Mexico. I love that I set up my playlists and it just works forever basically.

Pros

I like that I can set up my playlists and forget about it. Theres no need to manage it every day. It maybe needs maintenance a few times a year, otherwise, its just set.

Cons

The one thing that Yodeck is missing is setting up playlists/schedules in a more streamlined way. You do have to go to multiple spots in the interface to find these and set them up, which is confusing at first.

Yodeck Saves me a lot of time by doing things faster and also yesterday, within an hour, a customer service person responded quickly when I could not get logged in using my password.

Pros

The templates look fine. Connecting to Canva was pretty painless as well, as I figured I would be lucky if I got past the initial screen without having the entire thing freeze and completely shut down.

Cons

I find the Schedule option to be completely useless. I will spend time creating a presentation for one of our menu items, but then I need to go back into the same program to place that new menu item in the schedule. So every week or two (or however long it takes) I will create new presentations, then I will forget to add those presentations to the menu board.

Pros

The software features fast, responsive, drag-and-drop UI that makes designing easy. Plus, its massive, free App Gallery easily pushes the right content to our screens instantly—offering everything from live weather and social feeds to seamless integrations with Canva, data dashboards, and calendars. It gives us a smooth, professional digital sign system without the heavy price tag.

While there can be limitations when using your own hardware, choosing the annual plan resolved this instantly by providing us with free, proprietary media players for a completely seamless setup
