Aryel is always improving and they listen to their customers. The trainings and courses that they provide are helpful in understanding the technology, how to create experiences and presenting new ideas for using the experiences. Highly responsive company. Pros Aryel's focus on engagement, CRM and analytics which is a huge plus for marketing professionals. Another major feature that it has that many other platforms don't offer fully is that it allows you to brand your experience. This is very important to make your brand memorable. Cons For more advanced experiences, building out the experience was not always intuitive. One way they solutioned this challenge is by offering templates. Ocassionally there are errors with the templates, but support is always very responsive. Reason for choosing Aryel There are several reasons that I chose Aryel. The most important reason is that they focus on marketing. The ability to customize the experience with your brand supports marketing. I know what Aryel's competitors offer, and I can tell you that Aryel is way ahead of them. Going to test the compatibility of Aryel to work with Apple Vision Pro. Pros Quite complex technology is enclosed in a user-friendly interface with clear settings, and most importantly - it all works stably. My favorite options are creating AR business cards, flyers and AR product packaging. Cons With technology and product like this, you subconsciously expect new options almost every day, which is just unrealistic. I would like to see more 3d models in the media library with customization options. I look forward to integrating AI and lead generation into Aryel in the near future. Graphic Designer Design Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Promising but disappointing" September 24, 2021 4.0 Currently, I have stopped using the app due to their big logo in their launcher, as my clients don't want that, so I am sticking with Facebook spark AR for now. All in all, I am impressed with Aryel and will be using it in my future projects. Pros Aryel looks promising, the founder is approachable, the app has a beautiful design, is easy to navigate, and is easy to use, but there are some missing features, such as templates and AR effects. Cons Additionally, when you open AR on an old Android phone, it is very slow, but on an iPhone it is fast. It's just disappointing because there was no logo of Aryel in the launcher before, I am 100% certain that's why I bought 2 accounts to have unlimited views and to have additional campaigns. I asked the support, they said maybe it's just a glitch, I'm still sad because they offer Custom branding: 100% white-label AR campaigns or perhaps I did not understand the deal? September 23, 2021 5.0 A pretty good platform that is actively growing. Pros The ease of implementation and feature set is hard to come by in the market. It really is a unique product. Whether it's converting between file formats, previewing scenarios, or working with various media formats in your implementation it's a pretty easy process. It also integrates with various pixels which really helps with all sorts of marketing campaigns. Cons There are limits to the size of models you can upload (20mbs), not ideal for high-quality or bigger models/experiences with lots of vectors and graphs. Aryel permits me to create white-labelled Web Augmented Reality experiments with ease. My visitors could simply scan a QR Code and enjoy 3D presentation of my novels. I use them during my dedicates sessions or on my websites. Pros This software has a rapid learning curve. In less than half an hour you have created your own augmented reality experience. Cons There is no 3D model creation tool. But I compensate for this with SelfCad. I like the diversity of the type of campaigns that you can produce with them. There's a lot of creativity that is possible. The team have worked very hard on their platform and what it can do - its really possible to get creative! Pros This is a company that really cares about it's product and it's users. They impressed me with their passion for getting me as a customer up and running. They took call with me when they saw that I was asking a lot of questions on their chat. As my inquiries were very technical, not only was the manager on the call, but a technical person was on the call too. This shows that they really care about their customers and want them to be successful. Although my idea was really advanced, they gave me some options that my tier could do and thus sparked new ideas for me. Cons In the beginning there were not a lot of tutorials, however that has changed now. They have created a whole academy.
