I have been using Aryel for about five years now and have watched the constant evolution of this product. I know what Aryel's competitors offer, and I can tell you that Aryel is way ahead of them. Going to test the compatibility of Aryel to work with Apple Vision Pro.

Pros

Quite complex technology is enclosed in a user-friendly interface with clear settings, and most importantly - it all works stably. My favorite options are creating AR business cards, flyers and AR product packaging.

Cons

With technology and product like this, you subconsciously expect new options almost every day, which is just unrealistic. I would like to see more 3d models in the media library with customization options. I look forward to integrating AI and lead generation into Aryel in the near future.

Our company is focused on tourism digitalization projects. Through augmented reality, we can enhance the value of tourist, cultural and heritage attractions in a simple way with Aryel.

Pros

Aryel is an excellent tool for developing AR apps, even for non-skilled programmers. It is extremely user-friendly and has affordable prices, making it accessible to small companies like ours.

Cons

There is no particular thing I don't like about Aryel. It would be desirable to have more free templates to use.

I really like their interface. I like the diversity of the type of campaigns that you can produce with them. There's a lot of creativity that is possible. The team have worked very hard on their platform and what it can do - its really possible to get creative!

Pros

This is a company that really cares about it's product and it's users. They impressed me with their passion for getting me as a customer up and running. They took call with me when they saw that I was asking a lot of questions on their chat. As my inquiries were very technical, not only was the manager on the call, but a technical person was on the call too. This shows that they really care about their customers and want them to be successful. Although my idea was really advanced, they gave me some options that my tier could do and thus sparked new ideas for me.

Cons

In the beginning there were not a lot of tutorials, however that has changed now. They have created a whole academy.

My overall experience has been great. Aryel is always improving and they listen to their customers. The trainings and courses that they provide are helpful in understanding the technology, how to create experiences and presenting new ideas for using the experiences. Highly responsive company.

Pros

Aryel's focus on engagement, CRM and analytics which is a huge plus for marketing professionals. Another major feature that it has that many other platforms don't offer fully is that it allows you to brand your experience. This is very important to make your brand memorable.

Cons

For more advanced experiences, building out the experience was not always intuitive. One way they solutioned this challenge is by offering templates. Ocassionally there are errors with the templates, but support is always very responsive.

Reasons for choosing Aryel

There are several reasons that I chose Aryel. The most important reason is that they focus on marketing. The ability to customize the experience with your brand supports marketing. Easier to set up for simple experiences with the added support of the team for more advanced experiences through the partner program.

The speed with which concepts in AR may be presented to clients and prospects is astounding. I've shown the AR in meetings, and the reactions of top executives have always been positive.

Pros

The templates are really useful, and the interface is both clean and user-friendly.

Cons

We didn't like their previous homepage, but the current one is outstanding.

Benefits are definitely the library of templates and ease of use. The overall experience is good but it is not yet suitable for long AR experiences, such as contests, and such. Also the geolocation sometimes experiences bugs

Pros

the number of templates and the ease of use. You usually only adjust the content in the template with your own and then you are good to go :)

Cons

The technical side isn't perfect and there are sometimes flaws to be found

I am a creative and I love to offer to my novels readers some new experiences to dive into my universe. Aryel permits me to create white-labelled Web Augmented Reality experiments with ease. My visitors could simply scan a QR Code and enjoy 3D presentation of my novels. I use them during my dedicates sessions or on my websites.

Pros

This software has a rapid learning curve. In less than half an hour you have created your own augmented reality experience.

Cons

There is no 3D model creation tool. But I compensate for this with SelfCad. Aryel team is always there to help you for specific use cases, and they add some new 3d models to their library regularly.

Pros

Has one of the easiest-to-use user interfaces for any app out there. Also integrates with lots of other popular third-party marketing services. Really intuitive to use. Pricing is fair for what you get.

Cons

Nothing I really don't like, more youtube tutorials would be nice in addition to the ones published recently.

Pros

The Aryel platform makes creating AR campaigns so easy. It’s UI is user friendly and the large library of free assists means you can start create your first ‘drag & drop’ campaign in minutes. You’ll benefit from their comprehensive suite of AR options including Face and Image Tracking, And the ‘icing on the cake’ is Aryel’s superb CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’re a company that cares about their customers and always go the extra mile 😊

Cons

To be honest there is nothing I dislike about Aryel. Any features that may be lacking are usually in the pipeline or being beta tested.
