Not just that, it gives users flexibility on when to redeem points or respond to the recognition. Pros Almost everything! Starting from the Friday alerts to redeem points & recognize someone. Visibility of recognition on the entire organization, an option for every individual to contribute and add-on to a recognition. Wide-range of products to redeem points with and super quick steps to do so. Cons It would be great if we could add a few more gifs or search google image within the app along with the message. Support is absolutely top of the class. Any challenges highlighted to the team are fixed on priority. Best thing is that the EngageWith team is easily reachable and proactively sharing analytics every month with us. Pros Our people love to use EngageWith. It's easy, absolutely no training required. The gifs and engaging messages are really motivating and impactful. Biggest catch is that managers can give out real-time recognition to people. Cons Not really much. Peer-to-peer recognition allows anyone who notices good work to recognise and reward the person.Its integration with Slack makes it easy to access, and the engage with points easy to redeem as well. Cons Absolutely nothing that I can think of. Just excited to see the better things that the team is about to add in the future. We can easily celebrate ourselves. It’s integration with Slack is just perfect. Cons Some features weren’t easy to use and at some point, I wasn’t able to submit recognitions anymore. It kept asking me to contact admin even though I was admin. This led me to stop using it temporarily. It is helping me with employee recognition. There were some times when I was not able to approve some of my employee's shout outs but apart from that it is a great software. Cons I set up reward points but never put in my credit card info. Engagewith never asked me or followed up with me to put in my CC details for my employees to redeem the points they earn.
