In terms of deploying licensing, adding users and companies, content, and pricing are all massive bonuses to having people want to use it. Some of those finer details on adjusting the training and reports would make it a top end product. Pros The videos and content of the modules are up to date and capturing. We compared the training to Webroot and it's definitely more relevant than their training. The flow of the work is great. Cons I believe the test should be able to report back to admin on your first attempt results. Happy for users to re-do the tests but how do you honestly know if they took in the training if everyone gets 100% because they re-sit the test until they get that score. There's no GDPR module, which there should be. Need more questions, so users re-sit the tests, they get new ones, rather than the same 3-5 questions. I could not explain to experts in the subject just how far this product brought me from incompetent to educated in such a short and painless experience.
