Nothing. It's really bad.

Cons

Everything about EasyLlama is really bad. The user interface has a bunch of issues -- questions that you have to answer that are off screen and it isn't obvious you need to scroll. Telling you how to press "play" and other similar things hundreds of times in the training, talking slow. They try to make their trainings "engaging" by adding a bunch of "social media" posts and mobile phone interactions, but it just feels hokey. You need to press a button every 10 seconds to make the video / audio continue to play or to reveal the text to read. I've worked for long enough that I've gone through a bunch of mandatory trainings. Some I've enjoyed and actually learned new things. Most are okay and inoffensive. EasyLlama is the worst I've used.

I had a terrible experience with EasyLlama’s customer service. They were completely unresponsive and lacked clear communication. Every time I reached out for support, I either got no response or a delayed and unhelpful reply. For a company that specializes in training, they really need to work on improving their own customer service and support!

Pros

I did not have a good experience with this platform or their customer service.

Cons

Their customer service is not up to speed with their programs.

Pros

I like Easyllama for the most part because once you get the hang of it it's fairly easy, there are a lot of trainings to choose from. They're short enough and I like that our team can pause and come back to where they left off. The integrations with slack and email are helpful too. They have definitely improved over the years.

Cons

I'm just not sure if it's the best out there. The trainings are a little corny (which I'm sure many are) and the billing system is confusing. I also wouldn't even know where to go to get support. A chat support would be helpful.

Our business has operations all over the country so there are several specific Harassment Prevention requirements based on the state people work in. Easy Llama has developed state specific content where needed, which is a huge benefit!

Pros

Easy Llama is so easy to use and understand as an administrator. I love that it lets us know the renewal date for ongoing learning, that you can easily send reminders through the system or copy a link if you need to send an email. The Harassment Prevention content stays up to date with current issues so it's slightly different from year to year which makes it easier to engage with.

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like about this product. We haven't tried uploading any of our own content - it would be great if there was that feature.

Nothing but good things so far, trying to get employees more on-board with it due to the harassment training regulations being so different from state-to-state.

Pros

It's UX design makes everything accessible and intuitive whether you're an admin or a trainee

Cons

There seems to be some confusion from employees as to why their harassment trainings have to be longer than some others who are in other states but within the same organization. Perhaps having an explanation at the top as to why some trainings are two hours vs 30 minutes.

Easy Llama allowed us to easily refresh our training content while keeping the same system. This has allowed employees to experience no change on their end!Their trainings are great to begin with, but then EasyLlama allows you to work with their content team to customize anything you want - which is very appealing to us. Training compliance is high and easily tracked both on our platform, as well as EasyLlama's dashboard as a second check.

Pros

I can't speak highly enough of EasyLlama. We had a short window to switch from our existing vendor to our new vendor, and EasyLlama made the transition so easy from start to finish. Their content is uploadable to our existing platform. Their dashboard is easy to use. They are super responsive and quick to resolve any questions/issues. And everything is full customizable, which is unique. Highly recommend!!

Cons

Easy Llama has been amazing!! We honestly have no complaints on our end. Anything we've wanted changed, our awesome rep has been able to work with the content team or connect us with them directly to change.

Sexual Harassment Prevention is a mandatory training and Easy Llama has taken care of this for me by researching the laws of each state for me. They put the training together so I don't have to spend hours or weeks on trying to learn the various ins and outs of putting this type of thing together for presentation.

Pros

I work for a startup company and I wear multiple hats at this stage of the game. Anything that I can use to make my job easier is a benefit. I believe the Llama character helps make this easy on the eyes too. We were at a company outing, and I heard employees talking about the "mascots" of two of the products used by us and how they enjoyed them. Of course, the llama was one of the two mentioned. Easy llama makes keeping track of who has completed which training very easy. Easy Llama sends training reminders and sends me a weekly report of what is happening with my employees. I also like that a certificate is produced at the end of each employee's completion of their training. This certificate is downloadable, which is great too. Let's face it, any training that you do not have to put together, ensure you are up to date on the laws of each state that remote employees reside in, will make your life easier. Employees can do this at their leisure, you do not have to work around anyone's schedule, and you do not have to "be the trainer".

Cons

I seriously cannot think of any downside to this product. It might be fun if the Llama was given a voice

Easy to use, flexible schedule, ability to stop and start training. Topical videos that were not boring.

Cons

Not having the ability to purchase just one or two sessions for new employees as hired. Small companies don't always need to purchase a block of five trainings.
