Cons Unable to build more complex templates such as having a matrix table. Merge fields might not be simple to use for new users. It would be good if the system can highlight which part of the template has errors instead of showing a generic error message, so users can pinpoint which is the part that needs correction. This was a large administrative task that was unnecessary for the time it took. Pros The ability to pull in multiple objects/reports into a document within minutes. Cons I teach people how to set up Conga to work with our software and the most common feedback I get is, "Why are there so many parts?" They have the best support people who are not only friendly by are diligent about answering problems quickly. Cons I don't really have any Cons, other than we have to work with the team to do upgrades but I just heard that this is all changing soon and they will be able to push them out like other cloud products. It's relatively intuitive and easy to use. Cons So many glitches -- pages will disappear and shuffle in order, errors happen all the time, and other random things. Pros Easy to use, simple for client to use also. The conga has an expiration date which is nice so the document is not sitting for long periods of time. Cons Not much to dislike, it is easy to use and user friendly. This software is handy and I rarely get complaints. They were able to integrate this into their process easily, and it streamlined our final pitch and contract management process. Cons Not much negative to say. It was easy to use and streamlined, and it kept our sales team happy when they used it. Sometimes user adoption was an issue, so they could probably improve their onboarding process. We frequently need to append additional terms and it is simple and quick to do this with Conga Merge Cons We have not experienced any issues with Conga Merge but would like more mobile features. December 27, 2020 5.0 Conga was mostly used in contract generation for clients and being a service company it saves a lot of time and effort for us after initial setup and configuration. Pros Thes best feature would be the flexibility and customization power of the tool. It uses templates with customizable fields to create and automate the policies to be maintained. There is great documentation present and it's very helpful. Cons The document generation is a bit slow, and PDF generation and manipulation can be tricky.
