Quick response times to inquiries. We try out a new system 1–2 times a year, but haven't found anything better in the last 8 years. Now Multiply has come along and surpassed our old system in every way. Cons I can't say much. We ran into a technical issue during setup. A developer joined the video call right away, and 15 minutes later the problem was solved. During onboarding, the features were all explained in detail, and all my questions were answered. When I needed support and wanted a custom repricing strategy, the support was excellent, and the strategy was created very quickly. Cons The price could be lower. It would be good to have the option to arrange listings in the order that they were listed (newest listed first).
