From sales to customer support to product management, the entire Product Fruits team has been great to work with so far. I enjoy receiving product tips via email, the team is very responsive when I have questions, and the product itself is pretty awesome.

Pros

I don't believe you'll find a product on the market that is easier to use, more full-featured, or at a better price point than Product Fruits. We previously used a leading competitor, but their pricing structure was not only hard to understand but also prohibitively expensive. This really limited us. In contrast, Product Fruits offers all their features at a single, reasonable cost, making it an exceptional value. Switching to Product Fruits has been a game-changer for us, providing us with a comprehensive solution without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

Cons

Product Fruits is still in its early stages, so naturally, there are some deficiencies in the product. This requires a bit of patience and a willingness to support their ongoing development efforts. However, I actually appreciate having a voice in those improvements, so it's not really a negative for me. Being able to contribute feedback and see it shape the product is a unique and rewarding experience.

In some cases the other platforms offered more features than we needed while others did not offer all the features or required extensive coding to customize. We found Product Fruits to be well balance and at a great price point.

My overall experience with Product Fruits has been largely positive — it’s a practical, no-nonsense tool that does what it says it will. We didn’t have to jump through hoops to get it working, and it’s given our team a way to communicate and educate directly inside the product without having to lean on engineering every time. From a day-to-day standpoint, it’s made it easier to roll out feature tours, in-app announcements, and guided onboarding paths for new users. The segmentation piece has been especially helpful — being able to target content based on user type or account size has allowed us to deliver more relevant experiences, which is critical when you’re supporting both enterprise accounts and smaller teams with very different needs.

Pros

Straightforward Setup: Implementation was fast. It plugged into our app with minimal engineering involvement. Within a day, we were able to build and publish our first tour. Versatile In-App Guides: The guided tours, tooltips, and announcement banners work well for step-by-step training. It’s been especially useful for walking new users through multi-step processes (like automation setup or report building) without overwhelming them. Segmentation Capabilities: The ability to target content by segment (e.g., enterprise vs. small teams, admin vs. LO) helps us tailor messaging and avoid cluttering the UI with irrelevant prompts. We’re using it to surface different onboarding content depending on user role and account type. Announcement Center & Version Control: The built-in “What’s New” hub makes release notes feel more professional. It’s easy to roll out announcements and track which ones land with which audience — nice for internal audits. Low Lift for Non-Technical Teams: Our Client Success and Support teams can build and launch most content without waiting on Product or Engineering. That’s a big win for agility

Cons

Limited Visual Flexibility: Design options are serviceable but not fully on-brand. There’s some customization (colors, logos, etc.), but layouts and animations feel a bit rigid. If you’re picky about pixel-perfect alignment with your product UI, you’ll notice the constraints. Analytics Could Be Deeper: You can see basic engagement (views, completions), but you don’t get much behavioral insight beyond that. We’re compensating by layering PostHog analytics on top, but ideally, I’d want more native reporting — e.g., correlation between tour completion and feature adoption. Segment Syncing Limitations: Product Fruits doesn’t yet support robust two-way syncs with CRMs like HubSpot or customer data platforms. That means we rely on manual uploads or API workarounds to align segments — not ideal when you’re trying to keep messaging dynamic and data-driven

Once you get through the trial-and-error and nuances, it does what it's supposed to, and looks good doing it.

Pros

End results look great. Lots of flexibility in what content is delivered and to whom. Most of the development is intuitive.

Cons

Took a few tries to get the payload right when adding custom elements. Some features/settings were organized in a way that wasn't as intuitive as it could have been. Took some searching to find out why some accounts were being suppressed.

Product Fruits was recommended to me by a tech founder. This one recommendation has saved me hours, enabled us to build a much more complex but intuitive user journey, and make the product look like something that's been around for a long time. Instead of a product just out of MVP and still only supported by a very small team.

Pros

I am a tech startup founder and our product is changing on a daily, sometimes hourly basis. Product Fruits allows me to quickly test different content, hints, tours, etc without needing to involve the development team. I can test things quickly, iterate, and continually improve the customer journey almost real time.

Cons

We have quite a complex site with dynamic pages and content, sometimes it's a little difficult to ensure I have chosen the right trigger, but it's easy to save and view live on the web app in seconds so not a major issue.

Pros

The support in product fruits is unreal (good!). So patient, super friendly and are always able to find a solution. As a super beginner, this is so valuable. Also product fruits truely understands where to place self-help items, which helps a lot with the frustration that comes when learning something new. I also really like the way you build a flow.

Cons

There are minor things that aren't super intuitive: Renaming the steps in a flow, how you have to click away from editing when wanting to navigate on a page. Minor stuff.

On the tour creating : Easy to use, the creating mode is simple and based on what you see is what you get. easy to test too because of the preview On the others features I haven't really create something with a specific aim so I can't tell for real.

Cons

Not totally adapted to SaaS app, especially on our freetrial Branding is complicated and you can't really create card template. Some part you still need to edit branding into the creating mode

Excellent. Not only the features we use, but also the Customer Service we have received (not even being on the higher plan). They answer in minutes and really take care of understanding your business problemas and thinking on creative ways to solve them. Really really amazing service.

Pros

Product Tours are clearly the feature we use the most. It has an intuitive interface to create the tours, and almost no implementation is needed (sometimes we have to ask dev team to add a small function to launch tours or include IDs in our own interface), but it has given HUGE independence to the design tema to work directly on tours.Also the fact that it is possible to have different environments helps the design team to test tours without any production implications, which i just GREAT!Checklist are the number two in our Use Case, and they also work very well.Finally, the integration with hubspot is astonishingly fast and easy to implement, which reduced our implementation time a lot, and helps us have. a clean and unified database with our CRM

Cons

If i have to say something, it would be the reporting options, although I know they are currently working on improving it.

We have been able to seamlessly onboard clients with Product Fruits, the new articles feature is great and provides a clean, branded interface to store all support documentation and release notes. The lifebuoy integrates with our chat interface and is a great 'center' for clients to quickly access support or information.

Pros

The software is very easy to deploy, use and maintain. We needed a solution that would onboard our new clients effectively, provide notifications and showcase software updates, Product Fruits does all this and more.

Cons

Nothing bad to report at this stage.....

It's now much easier to provide onboarding to customers by showing them through the system instead of having to separately view our support guides.We can easily provide updates about new releases through announcements and make it easier for customers to update their settings by providing hints, tours and checklists.

Pros

Very easy to set up. Features work really well and are easy to adjust. The editor is easy to use and its easy to make updates and deploy them only once ready so that the current live version is unaffected. Segmenting and rules makes it easy to ensure content only displays for the right people.

Cons

I can't think of anything major. It would be great to have a link with our existing knowledge base to pull that in and for customer to search from that but it was very easy to add in links to articles on our main support system and for customers to search and link through so it's not a big issue. I can't think of anything else!

Reason for choosing Product Fruits

Great support, ease of using the system and better billing (others were similar in price until support articles were added at which point the cost was prohibitive for the number we needed just to have links to our support system).The team are really friendly and supportive and made getting live very easy.

1\. Intuitive design - Easy to use. A tour was created with few clicks of a button. 2. Well thought Product - Has all the functionality that one needs to better help their users onboard to their platform. 3. Pricing is spot on and definitely helps start-ups like us. 4. Their customer support team did an amazing job with an objective to resolve our queries ASAP. They were fast and would deploy their changes in less than few hours.

Cons

No cons as such. They are constantly pushing to improvise their solution.

Reason for choosing Product Fruits

The reason why we chose Product fruits is: 1. They had the Onboarding tutorial solution which we were looking for. 2. Data retention policy: They are flexible in terms of data retention and that was an advantage for us. 3. Data compliant: They do not collect any data of the end platform users. 4. Pricing: The prices are spot on.

It seems we finally found a solution to increase our e-shop sales :-)

Pros

We love the ease of use incl. the WYSIWYG editor, as well as the videos guiding us where we were not sure.

Cons

Obviously there could be a bit more functionality in the editor, so we would not have to edit any CSS, but this is just a minor thing which we believe will be tacled in the next versions.

At first, Productfruits didn't seem so intuitive, but I got great support from them that helped me get started. The support is really great.

Pros

Overall, Productfruits offers very impactful features such as the feedback widget or the possibility to integrate the support centre directly into the application. The variety of functions gives us the possibility to offer our users better experiences.

Cons

The setup for us has taken a while due to the information that needs to be sent to Productfruits via the integration available to make the guided tours work in the way we expected. The integration is available but we have realised during the implementation that there is still information that we have not yet sent. There are some "missing" features that would be nice to have but Productfruits is always collecting feedback and taking into account the opinion of its users.
