Overall everything has been amazing and I can be happier with everything I've been able to do so far.

Pros

Fitbud is honestly one of the easiest to learn systems out there. But just because it's easy it doesn't mean that it lacks behind other apps. Let me get amazing value for your money, you get high nutrition workout Creation with the AI and the user interface is amazing. They have great clients support.

Cons

So far the only thing I haven't liked about it is the lack of a CRM. Hopefully in the future it will be a little bit easier to automate marketing with in the app

Rigid Billing & Slow Support — Not Built for Real Businesses We were testing Fitbudd for potential rollout—but hit a technical issue early on. For nearly a full week, basic features weren’t working due to a bug on their end. That wasted valuable testing time. Once the bug was finally addressed, I asked if we could extend the trial or get a refund so we could properly evaluate the platform. Their response? “Billing is non-refundable.” No flexibility. No grace. Just copy-pasted policy. What made it worse was the slow overseas support—every reply took 24–48 hours. Even simple conversations stretched over days. That kind of support pace is unacceptable for any real business trying to make timely decisions. Despite it being clear that we were testing, and despite the platform not functioning correctly for a chunk of the trial, Fitbudd still processed a charge—and refused any consideration for a refund. This experience shows a complete lack of customer-first thinking. If you're a business that values responsiveness, transparency, or fairness—look elsewhere. You won't find it here. I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same mistake.Long delays in answers and support!

Pros

It was easy to sign up and get the trial activated, but that is the extent. They could be so much more with better focus on the customer.

Cons

Have to contact to cancel. Illegal! Not business-friendly. We tried Fitbudd but lost a week because level 1 support couldn’t explain why a key feature wasn’t available during the trial. Support was slow due to overseas delays, and when we asked for a refund or more test time, they flatly refused. Rigid billing, poor customer-first thinking. Not recommended for serious businesses.

Pros

The personalization is my favorite part. Being able to customize the website, and app is awesome. Plans are easy to set up. Pre loaded meal plans, exercises, and routines help drastically. Really gave me the confidence to launch my own online fitness business. A++

Cons

Only thing is it doesn't sync to Google fit. Apple and Fitbit a plus but Google fit would edge it out.

Overall experience very satisfactory. All of the customer service reps are very thorough and help through any questions you may have.

Pros

Ease of use and customer service is impeccable. The layout of the app and website integration. The ability to customization of both app and web.

Cons

There’s quite a bit to learn still, although creating new exercises and cardio I feel like it should be a little easier.

I loved my experience with the app and navigating the client view, the onboarding was easy to follow as well from the clients point of view. And it's easy to add forms and questionnaires.

The website portion and tracking leads, the easy to use and navigate UI both for trainers and clients

Cons

There's not much I don't like about the platform, I do person prefer live video demonstrations. But that it more if a nitpick, the overall experience is actually pretty good.

My experience so far has been positive. I’ve received help from customer service when needed and they have been quick and responsive and always follow up. I hope to see many improvements on the trainer side of program creation.

Pros

I love how professional the app looks on the client! The website is also clean and professional and has a lot of options to customize, I really appreciate how easy it is to update and work with. I also like how many features there are to create different types of programs and payment systems.

Cons

Creating workouts is very daunting. There are a lot of things that are time consuming and involve multiple clicks when it should be streamlined. I have many complaints about the actual workout creation side of FitBudd but to give an example: when creating a timed circuit, you must input the work and rest time individually for each exercise. I like that I have the option to switch and individualize those times but 9/10 times those numbers are all going to be the same. It would make sense to have a button at the top to check if you want all work/rest periods to be the same. The scheduling of programs is also “clunky” and hard to figure out. I don’t like that I can’t customize which days of the week certain workouts fall on subscription programs because it defaults Day 1 to the day the client buys the program.

I feel proud of having my own app under the fitbudd baseline since it has the most friendly and nice looking user interface.

Pros

What I appreciate the most is how quickly the support team responds to you and the video call system.

Cons

What I like the least is that there is no frequent updates althought we provide a lot of suggestions through the support team. That makes us be behind the current technologies.

Excellent! I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Pros

The care and support from the team. I have asked a lot of questions since coming onboard and you continue to support me and answer them all. The actual app and system. It’s Fantastic! I researched for 4 months and downloaded Everfit, Trainerize, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, Nudge Coach, Coach AI. I also considered Macro Active and Lenus ALL before committing to Fitbudd. They all lacked something or had a lack of personalisation. Bharti was just brilliant on our initial call and so helpful.

Cons

The extra charge to add a ‘Schedule a call’ tab. So frustrating as it’s available through the app but you make us pay $50 to add a tab. Just doesn’t stack up. Come on FitBudd!! Also some AI support for workout and meal plan building is a basic now. Needs to be in the pipeline.

I've been with Fitbudd since 2021 and absolutely love it. Everyone on the developer team is quick to reply and is efficient with their help. When I see my trainer friends' platforms like TrueCoach or Trainerize I'm so happy that I stuck with Fitbudd because the interface just makes a lot more sense to me than the others. Fitbudd has helped me scale my clients and provide more value with being able to give my clients a well rounded program including cardio, recovery (stretching videos etc) and some habit tracking all in one app. I love that I can see their steps, food log, water intake and information from their watch during their workout. I'm also able to see clients from all over the world with my online programming too which wouldn't be possible without a platform to keep everything organized. So thankfull for Fitbudd and the whole team!

Pros

It's a very simple platform that helps me deliver top tier service to my clients! It helps me streamline everything and keep my clients on track.

Cons

There's nothing that I don't really like. Whenever there is an issue (like a bug within the platform), they are quick to respond and provide app updates to fix them.

My overall experience using the app has been great. I find it user-friendly, efficient, and full of helpful features that support my work with clients. The design is intuitive, which makes navigating through exercises and planning sessions easy and time-saving. While there are a few areas that could be refined—such as reducing time lost to ads when using YouTube videos and adding an assessment section—the app as a whole has been a valuable tool in my daily workflow.

Pros

I really appreciate the way you continuously work on improving the app by adding new features. It shows that you're listening to user feedback and committed to making the experience better for professionals like me. However, one thing I find frustrating is the time I waste whenever I try to show an exercise video on my tablet, especially if the video is hosted on YouTube. The ads that play before the actual content slow me down and interrupt the flow of my sessions. It would also be very helpful to have a built-in assessment section to streamline evaluations and track client progress more effectively.

Cons

Every time I demonstrate an exercise using my tablet, I waste a lot of time dealing with ads—especially if the video is from YouTube. This disrupts the flow and wastes valuable session time. I’d also really appreciate having a dedicated assessment section integrated into the system and making it more sports performance.

Client extra fees per month. Should be a fixed fee. Example 20-50 clients shouldn't do per 1 new client

I enjoy Fitbudd and I have still not even utilized the full functionality of the app because it is so customizable. I recently attended a webinar that they host regularly and I was inspired to be more proactive in getting the most out of the app.

Pros

Fitbudd has excellent customer support and they even recently implemented AI into the app that I suggested last year. I prefer Fitbudd over the other client training app on the market. Clients are always impressed when they use my app.

Cons

I wish I could see and do more from the coaching app but I can review check-ins and message my clients so those are the most important things.

Cons

The descriptions of all the upsell options were unclear and lacked thorough explanations, leaving many questions unanswered and potential benefits overlooked.

Pros

Fitbudd is a great place for mi business, it is so easy to use it, my workouts are now so easy to build

Cons

I like everything, at fist was difficult to understand, but now with practice I have no any problem.
