It has been very positive. Zoho Forms has been a helpful and beneficial part of our data within our organization.

Pros

Zoho Forms makes it easy for us to gather important data from people in our organization and integrate that information into our CRM.

Cons

Some of the functionality may not be as robust as survey platforms like Qualtrics, but the integration is nice.

Cons

Forms are customizable, but the design options are basic compared to other specialized form builders - this affects branding and styling

Pros

I like that Zoho Forms only involves drag-and-drop to create forms online with zero coding required thus saving time.

Cons

I have been using Zoho Forms to create registration pages and forms such as customer feedback forms without facing bugs for over three years now.

Zoho Forms is a great tool for survey and forms management. It ensures proper organisation of data and unlimited responses to surveys.

Pros

Zoho Forms is easy to use and very customisable. The software is multi lingual. Availability of reliable customer support services and seamless integration of the software with CRM. The software has pre designed and customizable templates.

Cons

Zoho Software free version has very limited features and is equally unreliable. It does not allow any kind of customization.

Overall, Zoho Forms has been a reliable and efficient tool for both lead management and POA operations. Once forms are set up correctly, they run smoothly with very little ongoing maintenance. It has helped streamline our sales inquiries, resident voting, and community feedback while keeping everything centralized and easy to manage.

Pros

I like how seamlessly Zoho Forms connects with Zoho CRM. All of our Beacon Hill website leads flow directly into our system, which keeps inquiries organized and prevents anything from being missed. It’s also very flexible. I can build forms for sales leads, POA voting, and resident feedback all in one place, with logic that keeps forms simple for users while still collecting the exact information we need. Mobile responsiveness has been a big plus for both prospects and residents.

Cons

There is a learning curve if you want to use it well. To get the most out of Zoho Forms, you have to spend time thinking through your form structure, logic, and integrations up front. It’s not difficult, but it does require intentional setup rather than a quick, basic form build.

I gain outlet feedback, promo leads, and training sign-ups in one place-so I can spot weak spots in service sooner and plan coaching for each branch more calmly.

Pros

I like how Zoho Forms lets me build store audits, staff surveys, and training sign-ups fast. When I get stuck, the support replies clearly enough that I can adjust things myself.

Cons

I find the learning curve sharp once forms get advanced; rich features sit behind many menus, and if a flow breaks mid-shift, it is stressful to work out what went wrong.

Cons

Overall, my experience with Zoho Forms was a pretty good one. I liked the fact that I did not have to go through endless automated calls to get to customer support. I also like the fact that customer support was always very helpful, and each of my calls made me feel like my issue was a top priority.

Pros

It is user-friendly, while allowing you to create and store from easily. Customer support is always friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong if you are the one creating the form you need. They have free form creation and paid, however, you do get more options with the paid subscription.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like was that they have monthly subscriptions, but you are billed annually. So, if I found another place to create my forms that I liked more, then I am stuck with them until my year is up, or lose the money I paid for the year, and just switch. If they state monthly, then you should have the option to pay monthly.

Zoho forms is really great, and I cannot wait to get more forms in and automated fully. This is reducing time lag and errors.

Pros

Zoho is really good at making forms automated. It reduces paper, reduces errors and gets them delivered timely

Cons

So far there really isn't anything I dislike about them! This seems to be a really good way to automate.
