### "Great chat client for conversational marketing"

Pros

Easy to create automated sequences for super-charging your customer service team. Great targeting options for segmenting users. Playbook creation is intuitive and easy to get started. The options are limited to what you can create. Ability for customers to schedule meetings with sales is a wonderful feature. Drift really provides a whole different way for your users to interact with your site.

Cons

Our main hesitation on upgrading to the pro plan as a small company was the price, but the heavy-duty features were too good to pass up. Overall, I think it was worth the price tag

Pros

It took me 5 minutes to have it working from sign up to installed on the site. Our staff uses it and rotates days answering peoples questions from our website and mobile church connections site.

Cons

I wish there was a way to use it as a nonprofit with some kind of break. We don't have a lot of resources and would love to have multiple logins, but we don't have the budget for all the things we wish we could do with Drift.

It was very quick to set up and start using. I feel that we have improved our business and had better interactions with clients because of Drift.

Pros

I like that we can have the live chat open on mulitple pages of our website. The 'chat bot' is kind of cool and can draw customers in.

Cons

There have been a few times that I wish the notifications had come through faster. Other than that, I haven't had any complaints.

Pros

This is a fantastic concept and makes it easy connecting with leads!

Cons

Spam bots get through quite often. Seems like they need more security on the portal. Had to remove it due to this.

Pros

The "strategy" / chatbot builder is easy, intuitive, and lets our sales development representatives automate their workflows without engineering help.

Cons

It seems much more geared towards marketing than customer support. We like that SDRs are automatically assigned, but routing of customer issues rather than new leads is equally important!

We use Drift to chat with customers, qualify leads, and route them to the right person for support.

Pros

I really like the clean interface that Drift has. Even a new user can figure it out quickly and get to work.

Cons

My biggest dislike with Drift is actually a feature that others will probably find useful. I needed to set up my calendar and make it possible for people to book appointments with me through it - even though I already have that set up in HubSpot. Again, it's a great feature, but was redundant for me.

Pros

It's very good in terms of user engagement, user support (through the chat feature) and also lead capturing. The ability to book meetings automatically is very useful, and in a way Drift is like a sales machine that's working on its own while you're away.

Cons

Not all features of Drift are fully customizable. Also, some features are not easily accessible from the main menu, and you have to dig deeper into the settings to access them. Also, the LeadBot is only available on the monthly plan, which is very expensive.

Pros

Easy to use. Have native integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce.com so initial setup is very fast. Useful tool to enhance your inbound sales. Has functionalities from bot responses to ability to book a meeting to your Sales rep. You can integrate your CRM data, end identify clients that are browsing on your website.

Cons

You have to have a system admin in order to setup it and maintain the changes. Also its pricing scheme.

Cons

It does not always let me know when a new chat has started. Also I wish I could just hit enter to send a message instead of control/enter.

The platform's really good for Sales teams! We use it for the pre-sales approach, solving doubts for new users before they buy our product.

Cons

Salesforce and SalesLoft integrations are pretty simple, it could be better considering sales features!

Pros

Drift became an absolutely essential piece of our web development proposal, as every client we integrated with Drift saw a massive increase in converting customers. To put the icing on the cake, it's highly affordable and extremely simple to integrate with a website. Barely any code, very clean and intuitive for customers to use. We love Drift!

Cons

No cons on Drift, it's truly a fantastic live chat software.

This software has allowed us the ability to easily and rapidly respond to our clients queries. Providing our client this type of interaction is important to building a relationship with them.

Pros

This software was easy to setup and flawlessly integrated with our web-pages both on our site as well through another service providers.

Cons

It would be a nice feature to be able to tell if the client had viewed the response messages sent. Conversely, I am sure the client would appreciate being able to see if we have viewed their messages and are actively typing responses.

Overall my experience with Drift is positive, the tool functions properly with few glitches, or failures

Pros

The tool accomplishes its purpose very well, I use it daily, and never had a failure

Cons

Honestly, the only thing that could be improved about Drift at my company would be routing rules, but that is not a fault of Drift that is a fault of our administrator. Drift allows for customization of inbound routing

Wha I like least about Drift is the Ui of the button. I think the user should be able to select the shape.

Pros

I love that I am notified instantly to my phone so I can respond and know when people are looking at our site. Responding fast is key to try and answer any questions they have and close the sale.

Cons

Sometimes it does not reveal the customer's name right away. But this is not a big problem, I believe it does once I enter the chat.

Pros

What I like about this product is it was really simple to set up and integrate with my websites. Very user friendly

Cons

The only part I was concerned about was it being a 3rd party platform, but this has worked out really well.

Pros

Implementation was an absolute breeze and even an exciting experience. The system itself is quite smooth and user-friendly.

Cons

The app notifications are not as foolproof as I would have hoped. Existing chat notifications sometimes don't come through, requiring me to obsessively refresh the app every minute.

Drift is new out of the gate as I write this review. So far it has about 5 unlocked features along with Drift Daily. Drift helps me help my clients engage with their audience while on the site. It always about the buyer. We can do a lot with creating a website experience that is helpful to the buyer, but with Drift it becomes a two way conversation. It's hard to believe there is nothing else out there that is as easy to use or so well thought out. It's been about two decades of a society relying on web browsing and it seems like a long time for a product this brilliant to come out. It's not about the product alone. It's the experience. Drift has an awesome culture that makes for awesome experiences for me as a user. Amazingly well done!

we've been using it for a few months and it was so easy to launch - lots of great help from the support team as well

Cons

it's not cheap, but I think for the value, it's worth it, we are still in the testing phase however - we'll get there.

It’s an excellent way for a beginner to dip their toes into this field. Simple to use and customizable.

Pros

It’s simple to use for a beginner. The bot playbooks are simple to setup and is very customizable. As a part time real estate agent it’s an excellent way to generate leads.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve but that’s not really a “dislike.” I think Drift is an excellent resource to generate leads. Clients have been impressed.
