### "Love Drift!"

Pros

It is free for 1 user. You can respond on your phone or on the web. It was simple to add to my website. Pricing is reasonable. You can track your visitors browsing history once they start a chat log with you.

Cons

The app is a little buggy. There are times when I can't get to the current conversation. When you hit the back button it takes you out of the app all together.

### "Wonderful idea but could use some work"

Great team that I worked with at drift and great product idea. Finishing out or completing that vision would have been paramount.

Pros

The big picture idea is great. You and your team get alerted when a site visitor has a unique question or wants immediate help on your site. The support and account management teams were also very helpful.

Cons

This could be company specific but instead of helping potential clients quicker and being less of a burden to our internal team it quickly turned into a way to game MQL numbers and justify the spend on this tool which isn’t helpful at all in itself.

We had many website visitors who were not converting.

Pros

Drift is the most feature rich chat software. I like the automated bots, playbooks, and easy to use UI. Drift has helped us convert those website visitors who hadn't filled out a form or other CTA.

Cons

Drift is extremely expensive compared to Intercom. Their features are powerful but not worth the money for a smaller organization

My overall experience with Drift has been awesome.

Pros

I like the user interface for Drift. It is really easy to install on many types of websites. The platform helps people maintain their customer service with website visitors and prospects. They help you manage the contacts and leads you gain from their platform. I like how it can integrate with other platforms as well.

Cons

I wish they had chatbot features or auto reply features based on applicable use or respective industry. This would help automate some of the interactions and workflow that could benefit users.

Reason for choosing Drift

I chose Drift and recommend it to my clients because of it's easy to use and modern interface.

Pros

Customer Service, Ease of use for the client visiting our website, notifications when somebody is on the website and chatting, the ability for a bot to make suggestions to clients when we are away from our desk

Cons

Can overwhelm the potential site visitor a bit by asking the same questions multiple times, the user interface takes a bit to get used to

Improved customer experience and lead capture and nuturing tool.

Pros

Drift is easy to use, customize and integrate into our Slack channels. We have a paid subscription with lots of benefits that fit our budget.

Cons

Not all features in Drift are customizable but working with the Drift team has been a breeze. I once made a request to implement a specific setting and 3 weeks later it was set-up and ready for us to utilize. My only wish is that the alerts would be more timely. Sometimes there is an up to 10 min. delay. For now, we have been refreshing the page/app more consistently throughout the day.

Pros

Drift is a very powerful yet simple tool for achieving the main goal of having meaningful conversations with our website visitors. It allows us to offer a personalized customer experience, while the video creation capabilities for our outbound efforts are also a very nice addition.

Cons

On the technical side some videos don't look that great in the preview mode/gif when using them via the Hubspot CRM integration.

Pros

First of all, I see a product that makes you feel great and ready. I really like chatbot (I haven't used it yet but will use it soon). You can collect data with a chatbot without forms. That's great!

Cons

I don't know any cons side of the product yet. Maybe in the future, when I moved to a paid plan, I can find some :)

Drift is leading the way in website chat functionality. I'm so impressed with the Bot conversations and conversions, the conversation routing abilities, and the integrations to all our tools from CRM (Salesforce) to messaging (Slack).

Cons

I have no complaints with Drift at this point. Very happy with their software.

Livechat on our site that cost nothing.

Pros

Easy to install, good amount of features on the free plan, and easy to start using without a lot of setup time.

Cons

Obviously more free features are always good but that's not a really valid complaint. Overall no big cons, it could load faster in Google Tag Manager, but that's ok.

The ability to not only see who comes on my site, but be able to engage with them and respond immediately has been amazing. The automated bots have been a great feature to discover leads as well.

Cons

I wish there was better integration with slack. I get notified with it, but it's hard to know how to respond.

The new affordable monthly subscription. Drift or Intercom? Finally, I choose Drift forever. Because Drift allows me to get free access to software to going learn slowly.

Cons

I can't get access to bot feature with my plan. And I have to looking for another software. I'm waiting catalan language option in menu.

Cons

Setting up the bot has a bit of a learning curve. It's a bit more involved to set one up so it's not a quick 1-2-3 step thing.

Quick signup, great for getting leads. I have not given instant messages on website much importance but when someone recommended it, i was convinced and Am very happy that i got it on my website too. Usually the contact page is for the same purpose but with drift it gives the impression that you will get back very very soon and I do get back - so although contact page and drift message come to my email and i reply instantly, but someone people get in touch with drift more. Well played!

Pros

It free, works with wordpress, shows an online presence, send email instantly, great for getting leads!!!! What more could I want...

Cons

Nothing really. The individual paid plan is VERY expensive. But since i dont use that, i'm fine with free.

Pros

The interface is nice and easy to navigate. Support is great as one would expect. Easy to set up and use workflows

Cons

Some of the training content was elementary level and the mobile app isn't quite as easy to use as other programs Ive used.

Pros

What attracted me to us drift was the fact the basic package is free, and you are off to the races with the ability to chat live with your visitors. The real magic comes as your traffic grows and you start to use their paid service, partially the top end product that offers the chat bots. These help with lead capture so much making it automatic and efficient.

Cons

At the moment I have not found anything to fault them on, they don't have a direct integration with infusionsoft which is a pain for us as we have to set up something using Zapier, but if you are using another CRM they connect to most of them.
