Pros

Autoentry is excellent software in the time I have used it it has never made an error, the interface is easy to use, I would definitely recommend this software for Xero users, Autoentry is excellent software in the time I have used it it has never made an error, the interface is easy to use,

Cons

it could be cheaper but I think the pricing is fair for the peace of mind of using such a reliable software solution

Pros

Pricing structure is competitive, pay for what you use and not any more Bank statement conversion to CSV is fantastic and saved lots of time Great Xero integration for sales and purchase invoices Good experience of live chat to resolve issues

Cons

Sometimes the OCR is not perfect Invoices can get stuck and require integration to be reset to resolve Slow system speeds at times

Pros

It very good for the price it is at and has so many benefits which saves allot of time when using this software.

Cons

It can be Improved by the time irt takes to do some transactions as sometime it take too long. Also it should have promotional offer which you could then tell a friend or a client so that they can use this software as well.

I love it I actually hadn't realised how much I needed something like AutoEntry.

Pros

I love that it tells me where there are gaps in my data. It means I don't have to sift through bank statements to look for missing data. It is quick too. Customer services have been amazing and the training is exceptional.

Cons

I hadn't realised I would use it so much and it would cost as much as it does. It is still really reasonable in the grand scheme of things.

The team have been very helpful and instruction very good.

Pros

Clear and easy to see the process All team are very helpful and instructions are good

Cons

So far the process has not been as quick as I would like. I had hoped for a seamless integration with Sage L50 but so far there always seems to be an issue. The downloading for the app or PC of invoices is great- then the publishing does not happen as quickly as I would wish as each time the connection to Sage seems to drop out.

\- The application is a time saver. - The application is user friendly. - The client support is readily available.

Cons

\- Not much. I just had one issue with delays in the uploading of the bank statements, but through timely customer support it was noted that I was not using a proper internet browser.

Very easy to use, and as anything when starting out you may have questions. The customer service team is very good and answered any questions I had very quickly.

Pros

Easy to use and quick to set up. Easy to get invoices sent directly to auto enter into the accounting software package.

Cons

Perhaps just to incorporate the reconciled data on AutoEntry onto the accounting software.

Accurate processing of bulk invoices in a timely and cost effective manner. We have seen an improvement in recoverability in our bookkeeping department since using auto entry.

Cons

We have no major issues using auto entry but we have found small expense invoices are not always processed

the software has saved me quite a bit of time with clients that have loads and loads of entries on the bank statements.

Pros

I like the ease of uploading the bank statements then carrying on with something else whilst I await for the spreadsheet to be prepared.

Cons

Sometimes up to 4hrs is a long wait but most of the time it is less than that.

The user interface is good and easy to use Credits apply across all clients and don't expire The bank statement processing is very good quality

Cons

It is hard to get the VAT to reconcile when doing a line-by-line breakdown, so I prefer not to use it.

Auto Entry is easy to use and set up and a great time saving product. chat is very quick to respond and have resolved all my queries in good time.

Cons

I have only used the product for sales and purchase invoices, so far I have no complaints.
