Other than that, I don't have many complaints about Microsoft 365. A must buy for any business especially if you have a large team and you want to be able to access your documents/emails and Teams remotely from a different machine. Pros I like that everything you regularly use is all in one place and syncs across your Microsoft account. Cons I do not like the layout. I can focus on other tasks while easily storing information and knowing that it is secure and easily accessible for when I need it. I can also customize however I want and filter/search for anything I need even if a file is large. Pros Microsoft 365 is an amazing tool for so many things! For leads, I can store data, share files and send emails all in an efficient and easy way! Cons The only complaint I would have about Microsoft 365 would be the cost but other than that, it's a great tool that I use daily. I utilize it as my everyday hub and couldn't see my day running smoothly or be as productive without it. Pros Everything is in one place and it serves a hub for everyday activity and access. I am able to stay consistent with communications with my team and companywide. Cons I don't have any cons about the product. I took user training and can navigate all features which are very user friendly. This product provides the best bang for your buck. Pros Microsoft 365 is a reliable service that integrates email, file storage that can be shared, and other apps that allow for customization/editing or creating files and while also being able to collaborate with others. Cons The mobile apps don't seem to be as reliable and stable as the desktop version of the apps. Outlook specifically often has syncing issues with email and calendar updates.
