I've been using Microsoft Outlook for over 10 years. I initially stared out using it via Office 2013 on prem and administered the transition to the Outlook via the Office 365 suite.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook provides the ability to seamlessly receive and send emails via the desktop app, mobile app, or web.

Cons

The mobile app can be slow to update at times compared to the desktop app. For example, if a meeting is canceled or changed the app takes a while to recognize the change and successfully sync.

Wonderful connectivity tool. The cost to upgrade to TB is not too much. I want to filter all subscriptions to clean up all. I'm not sure if that is available, but I have never seen it.

Pros

This is one of my best friend forever. Let's talk about multiple email, personal, work, business x2. Easy add account, easy switch, easy sign-in passkey, fingerprint. Spam filtering is key for me and the other tab places needed emails right where they belong.

Cons

I've received emails from a user and their email still got sent to the spam folder which was unexpected.

It has been ok. I wish I didn't have to pay for extra storage. I like that it integrates with Microsoft 365.

Pros

It's free, I find it easy to use and you can have offline access. Also the calendar is great for coordinating meetings and sharing with the team. I really like the sweep feature where you can get rid of a bunch of emails at once.

Cons

The free version has ads and collects data so there's privacy concerns. I ran out of room once and didn't know it for awhile so I wasn't receiving emails. To get extra storage it's pricey.

Fantastic! The help tab eliminates any and all questions a user may have when utilizing this program.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook has great built in features to help with spam filtering and easy to use page layout.

Cons

While it's difficult to spot an issue with the program as the layout leaves the user with everything they may need as soon as they open the app, the variety may be confusing for first time users.

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. It’s a reliable tool for managing email, calendars, and tasks in one place, which helps improve organization and productivity. While it can feel a bit complex at times, it becomes very efficient once you get used to its features.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is its ability to combine email, calendar, and task management in one platform. It helps keep communication organized, improves scheduling efficiency, and makes it easy to manage daily priorities in a structured way.

Cons

What I liked least about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel slow or resource-heavy, especially with large inboxes. The interface can also be a bit complex for new users, making certain settings and features harder to find.

Outlook is highly reliable tool for productivity and communication internally and externally. I also really appreciate the Copilot integration to summarize emails, documents, or translate emails if it's in a different language.

Pros

I like that Outlook combines email, calendar, and contacts into one platform. The integration with other Microsoft tools like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Sales, and Microsoft Office makes it very efficient for day-to-day business communication and productivity.

Cons

I recently switched to the new version of Outlook, but I still prefer the classic version of Outlook. I was not able to set up my company email signature without switching to the classic version of Outlook because I wasn't able to figure it out on the new Outlook.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Outlook has been very positive. It is a reliable and powerful tool for managing email, calendars, and tasks in one centralized platform. The organization features, search tools, and cross-device syncing make it easy to stay productive and keep track of important communications and schedules. While it can feel a bit complex at times, Outlook remains a strong and efficient solution for both personal and professional use.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is how well it organizes email, calendar, and tasks all in one place. It makes it easy to stay on top of communication and schedule management without switching between different apps. I also appreciate the powerful search function, customizable folders, and integrated calendar features that help keep everything structured and easy to find. The ability to sync across devices ensures I can stay productive whether I’m at my desk or on the go.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming, especially for new users or those with a high volume of emails. The interface has a lot of features, which can make it less intuitive at first. I also find that performance can slow down when managing large inboxes, and certain settings or customizations can be difficult to locate or adjust.
