I can view what the rest of the team is doing on the dashboard without needing to call everyone. The dashboard also allows the job boards and the harvesting tools to run in the background. At least Ceipal keeps my database somewhat organized so I do not lose my mind. Pros At least the candidate hotlist is now actually being loaded into Ceipal. And the java developer candidates the AI was able to find were unexpected and nice. I've finally got all of the candidate data and sales notes on one screen so I do not have to click through a thousand different screens on my old monitor.
