All good, especially for startups, if they don't want to invest money in famous tools like Workday teleo, SAP SF. its very cheap and easy to start work at least for first 2-3 years.

Easy to use, user-friendly, can keep data a single platform to check the visibility for future prospects

Cons

Updating process,, We will not get the dashboard real time, the parsing of profiles needs some customisation.

Overall i find a good software, even the fresher with basic knowledge can easily work with it there is internal job positing inmail, mail merge which are all most helpful for the recruiters like me

Pros

If i talk about my overall experience, it has been great working with Ceipal, it has been almost 2 years working with Ceipal and the best thing I like about Ceipal is that its easy of use. Its a great tool for fulfilling our recruitment needs.

It has a user friendly interface. We can integrate different job portals (like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Tech Fetch) with Ceipal.

Cons

We cannot preview of resume in full screen. Its customer support takes a lot of time to respond.
