I mainly use it for usage and consumption values and for bill historical record keeping. Cons The data input team does not input all the data. When a bill has multiple account on the same bill, they will not enter in the data for each account to the appropriate section. This makes for missing data which skews the usage and consumption and also impacts other reporting requirements such as ISR. Due to this the bill gap analysis is large and growing. I have even sent in the bills multiple times with negative results. For those that are data-handicapped, but speak to visual presentations, the EM can easily present many types of graphs. Those that in tools that Excel provides, such as Pivot Table, Power Pivot, the EM does not choke on downloading decades of data into a format that can be readily used by those tools. What stands out the most is that our entire database spanning decades of monthly data can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet without any hick-ups. Uploading energy reports to state agencies is a breeze. Pros It simple, yet powerful enough for regular energy data management. All its tools are well designed and pose no problems. If there are any issues, they are minor. Excellent technical support. Cons Nothing in particular stands out, as there are many functions that I have not explored as much, but most are very useful. One minor cosmetic that should be addressed is the format of date, which in a downloaded form appears as text, which requires Text-to-columns manipulation in Excel. The cloud service and program is easy to use and allows for correction of any data entry errors with ease. I even like how you can attach the actual bills to each specific account. This is a robust program that has lots of features I am sure I don't even know about or have come across yet Cons If you don't use certain reports or add them to Quick Links you may forget what report to use when you go look for it the next time. Without this program we had to use an Excel spreadsheet and there was too much room for errors. Pros Easy to input the information. The reports are used to identify leaks or overuse in our buildings. Cost comparisons month-to-month is very useful. Cons I believe that the way the report building features could have more presets templates, however it is fairly easy to set one up yourself.
