Overall I've enjoyed it better than others!

Pros

I love the dedicated customer support! When I found Beyond they were not in my market area yet, but within a week they emailed me to say they had added my market! So I tried the trial and liked it enough to add my card info and now I'm a proud paying customer!

Cons

I have trouble navigating the website from my mobile.

### "Dynamic Pricing Tools- Is it needed? "

We do feel that we pay for what we get and are happy with the end results we get from the algorithm and the pricing it suggests. It just needs some ongoing work to make sure the parameters we set are right for each season.

Pros

Their algorithm is the best on the market for keeping prices competitive. It isn't flawless but I would never say that the algorithm has put our prices too cheap which means that we are always squeezing the most out of our properties.

Cons

The reaction time to get surge events factored into pricing can sometimes have too much of a delay and so a few bookings sneak through that are underpriced. It doesn't happen too often but can from time to time.

Reason for choosing Beyond

They did a good sales pitch and were happy to undercut the pricing to gain our business. I just wasn't comfortable with where their pricing data was scraped from and also felt like we would be far too involved in the upkeep of data to feed into the algorithm. That isn't a job we should be involved in if we are also paying for the service. It just felt like this company was too raw in their infrastructure.

I used Beyond for two months, couldn’t get their pricing to work due to the Airbnb conflict, and got no support—just attitude. I ended up lodging PayPal disputes, one of which I won. Still, they refused to refund me the rest and closed my account with a snarky sign-off. Deeply unprofessional.

Pros

Beyond Pricing looks great on the surface—easy to connect, slick interface, and promises of maximising your Airbnb earnings through smart, dynamic pricing.

Cons

The problem? If you have Airbnb’s Smart Pricing turned on (which most hosts do), it overrides Beyond completely—making their paid service effectively useless. They don’t warn you about this, and when you raise it, support is rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help

i dont like anything about this, just brings your prices to rock bottom, there is nothing dynamic or good about this product..in my opinion..have been trying to use for more than 1 year with 4 properties and if i continue to use it will wipe me out of business

Cons

it just sends your lowest price for any length of stay and then takes a commission from this, i see no dynamic..i see no benefit..might as well throw money into the toilet

Overall a good experience, not completely blown away but at the same time it gets the booking done.

Pros

The ability to book and reserve without paying the full amount upfront is a nice feature when budgeting.

Cons

The price overall could be a bit lower. Although you dont have to pay all of it up front, it still seems high in the end.

### "Not recommended, they owe us over £200!"

Pros

The ability to detect demand changes and to adapt prices based on that.

Cons

The have a flaw in the system where they will charge you for what they call a “non-billable” transaction. If you’re connected to a channel manager and you create bookings manually, they still charge for this and expect you to tell them within 15 days for a refund. Not very good for those of us who want a fully automated service.

I like it and recommend, however please consider the above improvements

Pros

Easy of use, easy integration, good pricing recommendation

Cons

The fact that the synchronization not always works well, so often I am not sure what is valid, if the data in Beyond or Airbnb. Also, I do not like the fact that the fee charged by Beyond is on the inicial price, not on the price after discount

mediocre. Staff is nice and helpful, but results have been extremely disappointing.

Pros

Easy to setup "gap fill" to be able to rent dates the would normally be lost due to nightly minimums. Integrates with Lodgix. Some market place data through insights.

Cons

\-Bookings fell off by over 50% once Beyond came online. -Far over charges for properties. -So far has resulted in less bookings, shorter stays, less lead time on bookings. ---All of this is in contrast to my 16 years of experience. Airbnb & VRBO account managers tell me I'm behind competitors in my area by nearly 40%. Airbnb says they see 96 days lead time for reservations and VRBO is 132 days lead time for reservations. But yet Beyond tells me to expect a 53 day lead time for reservations. This is contrary to Airbnb, VRBO and my 16 years of experience. -Terms used in Beyond are confusing. (Base price vs min price vs max price) -Booking reviews go away after 7 days. This is just stupid. Why can't I have access to these indefinitely? Being a small business, with only 3 people, I need time to even review these let alone, research, & assess.

Due to \[sensitive content hidden\]. A salesman who truly tried to answer my questions and find the info he didn't know.

i like that i can control the prices, minum price of my bookings. i started to use one time you come at cancun rental vacation expo so right now i have more than 5 properties and i always connected to beyond. of course there are some competitors who charge less but what i see is the value of the product and how increase of bookings i have .

Cons

sometimes is the price, but i know the value that it has over the tecnologhy so i sticked at it. i would like more improvement on the information on demand

Overall very easy to integrate into my PMS and I have been thrilled with the pricing. I thought it would get me a few extra dollars but I have been getting daily rates that are 15% - 30% higher than I would have thought to price them. I almost (almost) feel guilty about it.

Pros

Intergration and dynamic pricing have been great.

Cons

I feel that getting the pricing tweaked is too difficult and could be made easier. I also wish it synced faster.

Excellent. It's as hands off as you want it to be. We typically review the pricing about once a week and can make minor adjustments if Beyond shows us a property that is priced too high or too low, but Beyond does the rest.

Pros

I can easily view how well each of our properties are performing with a user friendly "health score".

Cons

I guess I wish it was cheaper, but I can also say without a doubt the returns outpace their fees multiple times over.

Our rep at Beyond Pricing is the ABSOLUTE best! We love the guy and truly appreciate his authenticity and the way he brings us along on the reason for pricing decisions. Very real, honest and trustworthy.

Pros

The fact that they have 'managed services'. Dynamic pricing is an art. These guys are gurus. We requested managed services when it was new and dramatically increased our revenues. It took the emotion out of the tactical pricing strategy.

Cons

Pricing is an art. It's not easy. If they didn't have managed services, I'm not sure we would have stayed. We LOVE our account rep and highly recommend the managed services

Pros

Beyond pricing takes a complex issue for vacation rental managers and makes is simple AND better. We no longer have to mess with rent bands and watch for event, holiday, or even weather based changes. Once implemented we saw an increase in our short term/last minute bookings and an increase in revenue on our peak season bookings. Overall more bookings. And it has attracted new clients. Win Win WIN!

Cons

No complaints. It is a great solution to many problems.
