I wish there is a better output of statistical report e.g. who's pulling up a certain Guru card the most, who's has not read the Guru card after the update, etc.

my feedback to Guru is that when you search for related topics, it provides a comprehensive list of all topics, making it difficult to identify the most relevant Guru closest to the specific concern.

What appeals to me most about Guru is its user-friendliness. It incorporates AI, Chrome extensions, and additional features that streamline an agent's access to information. From my perspective, Guru's simplicity enhances agents' effectiveness. I consistently rely on Guru for swift issue resolution and the delivery of precise information. Leveraging Guru facilitates exceptional customer support, particularly with its convenient integration with Chrome extensions, leading to expedited issue resolution.

Cons

What I dislike, however, is that most of the time keywords does not pull up the correct article. It may be more helpful if we can have more accurate results in search.

Guru is an excellent solution for documenting policies, SOPs, "industry jargon," internal practices, and more for any team in any company. Its ease of use and collaborative nature allow it to be effective for any size team/department/organization/company. Guru's analytics options provide extremely helpful insight into usage and knowledge gaps that have helped my company propel initiatives forward to help operational efficiency and increase quality. Its AI features are cutting edge too!

Pros

Ease of use, collaborative spirit, advanced analytics options, helpful for addressing knowledge gaps, cutting-edge AI features, ease of management.

Cons

The only complaint I can think of is I wish individual cards would be able to exist in more than 1 collection. And that's seriously the only downside I could think of!

I like, and love as well that every time I use Guru, for almost every day of my work life, it gives all the ease of access that I need for the articles our organization needs. It helps us deliver the right resolution to our customers every day, thanks to Guru that we can access easily.

Pros

I like that even if I just search for a keyword, it gives all the suggested articles that might relate to that keyword.

Cons

None, so far. But I do want the "Ask a question" feature be back since it somehow useful though there are times that the article attached to it is not the article I'm searching.

Cons

Hey Guru Devs! If you are reading this, please provide us a little more floating drawer and UI customization. The tool works perfectly fine without it as well but a little more interactive UI will promote more people in my team to use it frequently.
