I can easily favorite and follow the collections that matter to my department, so I stay updated on any changes. The Guru Library is user-friendly, and I've built up a great collection of resources I use daily. It's easy to use, has important features, and integrates well with other tools. I use it all day, every day, and I love it! On top of that, their customer support is super fast and accurate. It's so easy to use and implement as well. Cons The only downside to Guru is that sometimes it's hard to find resources using keywords. This might be my mistake, so it could be user error. Because of the shifting sands of tax law, the validation feature provides a process to make sure our information is current. Cons One thing Guru (or I if it's available already) is to better categorize or organize the information we store. We have a lot of it, and sometimes it's hard to see the forest for the trees. On the admin side, it's also very easy to compartmentalize info into collections, update existing info, and assign verifier status to qualified agents. Cons Guru has a learning curve for newer support agents that requires a bit of their time to learn and find their confidence with. However, once this initial plateau is crossed over, the process is easy and intuitive. The name says it all. This really is the best of the best platform. They are created a system and laid it our perfectly, almost to the point where I can't imagine working anywhere and not having guru. HUGE FAN!!! Pros Guru is a centralized location that has all the information I need. I am able to search very easily and find the answer to the question at hand. There is no more waiting on others to respond to my emails or calls because I have all the information right at my finger tips! I love this tool and use it daily. Pros What I liked about the Guru card was that it was very user-friendly and easy to find the right guru cards. You just have to use the right keywords and the relevant information would be provided. Cons For me, I would suggest to lessen the results and only provide the most accurate and relevant cards.
