Cons

Just about perfect. I rely on GURU for workflow, login credentials, internal processed, escalation processes and more!

Pros

Love that it is internal. Love that it shows when its last been updated. I love that that the dashboard is personalized, and I can choose my own favorites and articles to quickly reference in the future.

Cons

Sometimes there are articles for the same thing but this is not necc a guru issue

Pros

It has all topic related information useful in resolving emails/chats. Any update on any topic is instantly updated. Favourites can be created to check most searched topics.

Cons

All is fine as of now. Very happy with Guru.

Cons

Some cards are quite confusing, but give it a little time and you'll get used to it.

Definitely a smooth experience. It reduces DRASTICALLY the need of escalating a problem, as any superior can simply write any possible outcomes for a specific situation on Guru. If you have a question, ask Guru!

Pros

Guru is a Google for companies. Everything we need to know about the products, workflow processes, and explanations about a specific company - you can just use Guru. This is so incredibly good to set expectations about how workes should do and behave, and it's also useful as a guide to always check when you're insecure about how to handle a specific workflow, or to be updated about what's going on in the company, any live changes, etc. The tool is complete, it's easy to get implemented in any company. To integrate it in your company is a must if you want to be successful and professional, as it's so easy. Honestly, this is the tool that I use everyday and, even though some new adventurers might think it's not necessary to use it often, I have Guru open at all times - it's just perfect to be a master in your business knowledge, what will set you apart from everyone else.

Cons

Though it's intuitive, sometimes shared links can be counted as for private use, even though admin didn't set the Guru cards as private. Well, tech issues, nothing new in our Customer Support world.

I work for a company that specializes in solving problems regarding multiple events of all kinds. Guru is perfect for finding information regarding concerts, football events, baseball games, you name it! Whenever a customer talks to me about the event they will be attending, I can easily find information about it in Guru.

Pros

The easy to use interface is intuitive and instantly useful, no longer do you have to wait for specific details to find useful data; Guru integrates only the information that could be useful for us and presents it to you in elegant speed. It has become our go-to website when we are in urgent need of information. Working in customer support may be hard as an infinite list of events are thrown at us when talking with clients, but Guru's intelligent system can provide all the knowledge you need when talking about any event you need to find.

Cons

Guru does not have much flaws. It's clean interface allows you to find any tool easily. I have always found the information I need in Guru when I need to, so I can't complain about any type of flaws regarding the data I've received so far. If I had to say something I dislike about Guru it would be that sometimes when you have inbox notifications, they do not appear in the general notifications, maybe Guru could benefit from pop-up notifications.

Overall, it's up to us agents to learn on how Guru works because I believe that we shouldn't always rely to our support. That's why we do have Guru to know what we should do and what we shouldn't, so basically, we should stand up on our feet so that in the future you can also share the knowledge to the future agents and inspire them to stand up on their own feet.

Pros

What I love about the Guru is that when you're looking for a specific article that you can use to support your answers to your guest or host, It's easy to navigate the Guru, and that's what I like.

Cons

The disadvantage of Guru is that you have to make sure that the specific article that you're looking for is the right one, most of the time. The UK and AU Gurus aren't updated, so since I am trained for the AU and UK, as always, I have to make sure that every piece of information that I'll be providing to our customers is always right, and most importantly, I have to avoid false information.

The experience with Guru is great. Whenever I need to find a workflow for my work, I can simply search and open a Guru card. While training and auditing, I can refer to the same Guru links with the associates as well. It is a great tool for sharing updates.

Guru is such an easy tool for updates, viewing workflows and sharing the same with other teammates.

Cons

While there are no cons about the Guru, only search could have some filters to sort results. This can be a good upgrade.

Great and I recommend everyone to use it if you want to store, share and easily structure and find information in the cloud. Saves loads of time and its easy to use.

Pros

Its super intuative and easy to understand for even a non-tech savy person like myself. I use it about two to three times a week, and I love that we now can collect all important info on one place, and make it easily accessible and clearly structured for all employees.

Cons

Bo be honest nothing currently. The system is delviering what it is suppose to do in a great way. More integrations to specific CRM tools to share articles directly from Guru to an external customer/individual.
