> "Charges us for two accounts even when there was only one person trying to use a free trialer then charged us 1800 in a 3 month period of time then ignored numerous email contacts and finally issued a partial refund but left a charge of 450 and they admitted we never used the product after the trail period and now continue to ignore correspondence."
