Terrible. We quit using them because we found a better alternative for our company. Without notification they charged my credit card for another year and will not reverse the charge because the auto renew button was automatically set in their settings. They have been terrible to deal with and I am only left to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would avoid doing business with this company or any other company that tricks their customers into another annual fee. Probably an indication that they can't keep customers any other way perhaps.....

WoW, it is recommended to all social media marketer or have a business online specially to those have a big products that sell through online.

Pros

The accuraccy of the platform. It analyze so fast when it come to content posting.

Cons

unlike other platform thats need more time to publish video marketing. But this one is very easy in just a minute can post directly.

Customer Service will ignore my pleas to fix the website and come up with excuses for it not working properly. Since I paid over $2000 for the year and I can't use this product anymore and they won't give me credits or a refund. I do not recommend this company at all.

Pros

Ever since there last update there are no more Pros.

Cons

This website used to be Top Tier until they recently made some updates and now the App is useless and the Tech Department can't seem to fix the problem. I've used this company for over 2 years and now it's been 1 month since I can't use a service I paid for and all they do is give you excuses for why the program doesn't work. I highly recommend you find another social media manager company other than this one.

Pros

Promo is a very good tool to create social media videos. It has a lot of templates curated for social media use case. All the possible video dimension templates are available.

Cons

This is a tool to create basic videos. They should have option for creating animated videos as well.

It's a good software that has great potential. Would like to see the option for a pay per use instead of monthly or yearly - or maybe some kind of hybrid Lots of templates, good libraries and simple to follow

Too expensive for what I need - I'm not producing every single week, and you can't opt out of the monthly plan too often. Clunky - my system crashed several times when using it. The preview on the video was problematic often so I felt like I was editing in the dark - doing what I needed to get done and then able to build and preview after - buggie

Promo has been useful as an additional marketing arrow in our quiver, as it can be easily used to knock out a short customised video fairly quickly.

Pros

The product is relatively easy to work with and provides a wide variety of templates, which is most useful, especially when starting out.

Cons

The functionality is good, but I feel that the features are rather sparse for the cost.

It's perfectly fine, it just is not the type of software that becomes essential. If you are SOLELY going to make videos then sure, go for it, but if you are a small shop and can't afford multiple platforms, this one would end up on the chopping block because you can get another all-in-one-solution with overlapping functionality.

Pros

Promo has nice-looking templates and is fairly easy to use. It definitely is something that folks with little to no video editing experience could easily onboard so you don't spend time training people to use it.

Cons

It is fine enough it's just that there are other platforms that do more and are more all-encompassing. At the end of the day, I couldn't justify paying for this on its own merits when I could just do the same thing with something like Canva.

Promo.com allowed us create videos in multiple formats may it be 1:1. 9:16, or 16:9. Also, it is easy to convert videos from one format to another.

Pros

\- Promo.com can help you create business videos that can be used for social media marketing - Promo.com has a large number of social media templates - Has huge image and music library

Cons

\- Does not have functionality to change video speed in order to make time-lapse or slow-motion videos - You cannot upload your fonts to the tool
