Pros

I do enjoy the support given to be able to use PlanStreet to the max potential. I believe there is a lot of untapped tools that PlanStreet can offer for our non profit. I believe the team is super good at being ready to help us out to attempt to assist to create dashboards that are beneficial for us to use.

Cons

I think if it were easier to create dashboards yourself and increase the filters when looking at cases, I would be more satisfied.

We have integrated Planstreet case management software for one of our clients who collect donations for orphans. this has helped us track the donations, details about each child case, and our remote team has access to all reports, financial tracking, forms, and tasks.

Pros

I have used it as a tester and practiced for more than 2 weeks. The software is easy to navigate from one case to another. Client information is easily stored and can be shared with other team members. reports are customizable and editable. Support was available 24x7 when i needed to understand a point.

Cons

Some features were difficult to understand but i contacted the team to give me a walk-through for better understanding.

The support and training given by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been wonderful. The sales person we worked with was not the best. We were shown things in demo that were later informed to be "not available" to us.

Pros

The software is easy to comprehend. Usage is not very complicated.

Cons

The software has been modified for case management and that shows. We are having to tweak a lot of features to fit our needs. Not the best case management software

Their customer support and accounts team is really good and supportive. You will get all the systems integrated in their tool. Kanban Board, Gantt Chart and Project Portfolio Management. We will surely buy their monthly subscription after completing trial period.

In start it was little tricky to understand the system how it is working but when we got detailed demo and starts working it was more easy

Overall, PlanStreet works as a bare minimum for what I need it to do. I am constantly frustrated with all the outages and bugs that make PlanStreets auxiliary functions unusable. But for tracking student visits, the bare minimum, it works.

Pros

I like how relatively easy it is to use. The interface is very self-explanatory which makes navigating the applications and features pretty straight forward. The IT Team responds very quickly and tries their best to fix issues.

Cons

I do not like how features are not easily accessible across web and app versions of the platform. A lot of features that we use are not able to be accessed on the app. There are also quite a few bugs on the platform that make both the web and app versions VERY unreliable. These bugs hinder us from using all aspects and features of PlanStreet which can be very frustrating. When talking with IT Support about all these bugs, they cannot provide us with a timeline for these items to be fixed. This makes it very difficult to use PlanStreet when trying to acquire data or even use it for daily operations. I can tell IT Support is doing their best to fix these issues, but often I am told that there is nothing they can do to fix major bugs that inhibit use of PlanStreet. For how much the program costs, I would hope these issues can be fixed in a more timely manner.

Planstreet does a good job of trying to customize their system to your company needs. We frequently ask for things outside of the usual scope, and they do their best to deliver.

Pros

What I like about Planstreet is they try to work on help desk request as soon as possible. Their support team is very timely with tickets and they are quick to jump on a virtual call to walk you though something.

Cons

The one con about Planstreet is to change things like forms you have to go through their help center. For someone like me who is tech savvy, I like to be able to make changes myself without having to reach out to someone especially when I want it done right away.

Plan Steet is a valuable case management system. It is very customizable, which is excellent because our grant requires more documentation than a typical case management organization.

Pros

Plan Street is easy to customize, but the system's foundation is well-organized and logical. It's easy to add new staff and remove old staff, and the help desk is responsive.

Cons

We can't create and publish our reports & that everyone who ever lived in our program is on the group email list. I need the current residents, and I have to go pick them out individually each time.

I love the clean UX and the ability to integrate all of our programs across all of our cases. The ability to manage our caseworkers and documents separately for each program has been a game changer! PlanStreet staff has been fantastic at listening to and adapting to our needs as an organization.

Cons

Reports builder is an amazing tool but has been difficult to learn and still has bugs to be worked out. Have been getting occasional glitches and issues, or times when planstreet freezes during use.

### "Robust but Easy Project Management tool "

Pros

Easy to learn! Supports both Waterfall and Agile project management giving us an option to choose the appropriate PM approach for each project and keep our projects all in one tool. The application does a lot of heavy lifting without making me feel it - I would describe the product as light-weight option for other project management heavies. Not light-weight in capabilities but in how little it makes you to do while providing you with a full portfolio view of all projects in your organization.

Cons

At first I was confused on how the content for the selection lists was created but after receiving the admin rights, I was happy!
