The AI tool that recommends matching positions is a great tool. Pros I think it is a great HR tool that uses AI and provides an easy to use and great way for managing internal HR and applications Cons Although it is a great overall too, I found that it is not very versatile when it comes to customization and setup. Cons Unfortunately, Eightfold wasn't really intuitive. The UI and UX were really bad when I was using it. It was a tool they'd selected and were then moving away from because of a merger. The original company users loved it - I did think it provided good candidates, though, especially if I described my "perfect" candidate well. Pros The initial ideas behind the functionality of Eightfold were ideal for an industry with such steep competition. Cons The fact that the integration has not even completed and we started this process in April of this year. Many issues along the way.
