It is very robust, with very few crashes or downtime. Support is invariably extremely prompt and helpful. Suggested feature upgrades have often been acted upon. The reminders and compliance functionality has improved to the degree where we are now able to manage automated client messaging "in-house" , allowing us to do away with additional 3rd party software. The "front end" is perhaps not ezvet's best feature, but the "back-end" is truly excellent, with limitless ways to rapidly pull off data for viewing on-screen, or export to a spreadsheet. Pros Ability to pull data out of the system. Software reliability. Cons The front end user experience can sometimes be a little fiddly.
