Every interaction is genuine, never a canned, prewritten response. Pros Great customer service. They listen to their members and respond to what people ask for and what features are important. Cons I want a landing page for my nonprofit where a person can see all of our events and donation options. The rare need for interacting with customer support is pleasant and they are doing a great job. Pros It helps our small, rural nonprofit use the funds we receive responsibly. The platform is straightforward and intuitive to navigate. It's great to have an organization recognize the problem of credit card fees for nonprofits. Cons The things I don't love about Zeffy are probably things that I haven't figured out yet. Some of our patrons don't love using a QR code for their transactions, but most have no issue. I don't even use all of its capabilities. I've used a lot of unified fundraising platforms, but for event and donation forms, it has features, simplicity, ease of use, and price point that can't be beat. Pros It's easy to use, easy to understand, and customer service is always great. I especially love not doing tax receipts manually anymore. Cons I can't think of any cons. Seriously, I have not run into any major issues. The questions I have had have been minor and easily resolved. The ability to create multiple campaigns is very helpful. The step-by-step setup is intuitive and allows for a lot of creativity in the design. The donor management feature allows me to add manual contributions (checks or cash received in person) to the contributions received through Zeffy so my list is complete with ALL donors. Having automatic emails generated for Thank You's and tax receipts is a super time-saver. And all this is done while saving my non-profit money from credit card fees. There's nothing hidden and they respond to questions. Cons I can't think of anything I don't like. They were not able to link to Cvent for registrations but that was not a major problem, as it turned out. Review Source TM Trina M. It tracked donations as well as ticket sales and gave me spreadsheets whenever I needed. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to tickets. Great experience. Made tracking my event sales so much easier. Pros Zeffy was very easy to install and very user friendly. I watched the tutorials and created my event and ticket info in minutes. Staff were very helpful when I needed some additional info and they responded quickly. Cons I like the program Zeffy and how it works. I don't like receiving daily emails from Zeffy particularly when I am not doing a fundraiser at the moment. Multiple chapters across the nation are using zeffy in our organization. This has been a game changer in collecting dues, and donations Pros It was very easy to navigate and send the first campaign. Easy to add your own logo and make it very personal. We raised quite a bit in our first campaign because of the ease of use. Easy to view reports and see what was donated to each area of the campaign. Cons The check out process gets a little confusing when zeffy pops in the option to pay zeffy. Needs to be clearer. Easy to uploads graphics and pictures to customize events. Pros Our organization recently switched to Zeffy as our donor platform. It was easier to use than our old platform and offered better reports. It's fun and easy to create events and to track ticket sales. I wouldn't go back, I absolutely love Zeffy! It has helped donors give and I have very little to do from the administration end of the process. I am not sure why anyone wouldn't use it! Pros Zeffy is very easy to use. Our organization is able to share a QR code with donors and we are very happy about it. Cons It did take a little time to set up. I had a friend walk me through the process and that was very helpful to me. I love how easy it is to create campaigns and send thank you emails to our donors. Cons That I didn't start using Zeffy sooner. I have t found a con to this software. Pros It's been very easy to set up ticket sales through Zeffy. The UI is intuitive and simple, and the results look great on the screen. Payments and statements are prompt and the whole system seems to work with the minimum of friction. And it helps that it's free too! I've honestly found this easier to use than paid providers. Pros Zeffy has proved to be a great fit for our nonprofit! It was so easy to set up our first form with clear instructions. We appreciate that thete are no fees so that 100% of the donations made reach us. Love that automatic receipts are sent to donors, but templates and suggestions are also available to send more personal emails to donors. Cons Wish that there was a place for a shirt description on the main donation form without having to click more details. Pros That it doesn't charge a fee to us like EVERY other platform does, even if they say they don't. Zeffy is wonderful! Cons Honesty, nothing, but if I had to say anything, it would be that there isn't an option to get your funds immediately. But next day is still great, so I'm not really even bothered by that.
