Multiple chapters across the nation are using zeffy in our organization. This has been a game changer in collecting dues, and donations Pros It was very easy to navigate and send the first campaign. Easy to add your own logo and make it very personal. We raised quite a bit in our first campaign because of the ease of use. Easy to view reports and see what was donated to each area of the campaign. Cons The check out process gets a little confusing when zeffy pops in the option to pay zeffy. Needs to be clearer. It has helped donors give and I have very little to do from the administration end of the process. I am not sure why anyone wouldn't use it! Pros Zeffy is very easy to use. Our organization is able to share a QR code with donors and we are very happy about it. Cons It did take a little time to set up. I had a friend walk me through the process and that was very helpful to me. October 20, 2024 5.0 It really has been so amazing. I am new to our school's PTA and I took on the task of setting up a new payment platform for our fundraising because the one we used in the past had very high fees. I feel so happy I stumbled across Zeffy because they helped make what I thought would be a confusing and difficult task into something so easy and really beneficial to our school. Pros The forms are very easy to use and worked perfectly for our fundraising event. We are using a combination of ticketed event forms and donation forms. I love that they have options for automatic tax receipts, thank you emails, reminder emails, the ability to add and even require short answer questions with specific purchases, and options to add notes to any order. I also love the data we can export to excel - specifically the weekly payout details and all the information for each purchase. I also like that we have the ability to scan e-tickets for check in! Customer service has also been so helpful and friendly. I have never set up a payment platform before and I have spoken with customer service and emailed them several times and my interactions have really helped me feel confident about my choice in Zeffy. Cons I have not come across any problems with using Zeffy for our event! The person who recommended it to us told us how successful it had been for them. Pros It is an easy to use platform that is very flexible. We have made our non-profit fundraising process a lot easier to set up and receive contributions. Cons It does not set itself up. We have to think about what we are doing. There are no hidden fees, which means 100% of donations go directly to support our mission. The platform is also very easy to use, both for our organization and for supporters, with simple setup, customizable event and donation pages, and clear reporting. It gives us the flexibility to run campaigns, sell tickets, and manage fundraising all in one place without sacrificing transparency. Cons I honestly did not encounter any issues while using Zeffy. From setup to implementation, the platform was smooth, user-friendly, and reliable. The features worked as expected, and I appreciated that there were no hidden fees, which allowed all contributions to directly support our mission. The donation and event management tools were intuitive, and both our organization and our supporters found the process simple and efficient. Because of this, I don’t have any negatives to report. My overall experience was very positive, and I would certainly recommend Zeffy to other nonprofits looking for a cost-effective fundraising solution. I love how easy it is to create campaigns and send thank you emails to our donors. Cons That I didn't start using Zeffy sooner. I have t found a con to this software. I tried several of them and Zeffy seemed the easiest and more straight forward. I started uploading the items I had for my auction within minutes and in about an hour I had more than 20 items loaded with descriptions and photos. My auction was ready to launch in very little time. We launched the auction and made over $500 on our first try which was encouraging. We will do this again in the future. Pros The user interface is really intuitive and an auction is very easy to set up. Of course, the fact that the product is free is a big draw as well. Cons I was a little confused at first why I didn't get the full payout but then I came to understand that when people pay via different payment methods it takes different amounts of time to "clear" and be delivered into our account. Not a big deal but it wasn't completely clear at first. Pros Zeffy has proved to be a great fit for our nonprofit! It was so easy to set up our first form with clear instructions. We appreciate that thete are no fees so that 100% of the donations made reach us. Love that automatic receipts are sent to donors, but templates and suggestions are also available to send more personal emails to donors. Cons Wish that there was a place for a shirt description on the main donation form without having to click more details. Cons Honesty, nothing, but if I had to say anything, it would be that there isn't an option to get your funds immediately. But next day is still great, so I'm not really even bothered by that. Il faut alors faire les entrées manuellement et l'outil proposé n'est pas complètement au point. Exemple : si on fait l'entrée après la date de fin de l'activité, le système ne le prend pas. It's every non-profit's dream and an answer to prayer. To be able to receive money easily from anywhere in the world-free was almost too good to be true. But, it is true! Pros The accounting is clear, timely and accurate, we get all the funds that our donors send to us plus annual reports and the support team is very responsive! Cons 1\. That usingthe bank transfer method costs a lot of money - more than the regular route. 2. Some of our donors are abit put off by the appeal from Zeffy for their own use. March 15, 2025 5.0 Zeffy is a game changer to our non profit organization and has saved us immeasurable time and money. We continue to use Zeffy for our memberships, donations, engaging sponsors, volunteer management and fishing derbies. We plan to use the online store and raffle features in the future. Pros Zeffy was easy to learn and apply to our non profit event needs in relatively short order. Their support team is extremely responsive and quickly provided solutions to meet our needs. Cons Some features are not as customizable as we would like - specifically, the inability to customize membership cards.
