Friendly and persistent service. No fees which is seems too-good-to-be true. I recommend working with Simplyk. Pros The ability to capture donations without factoring in service fees. It is freeing to know we can receive 100% of the donation designated to our mission and vision. Cons Improved integration into Quickbooks or our CRM to minimize duplication of work. The features, the price (as in $0), and the customer service are exemplary. I am amazed that a free platform has such responsive and thorough customer service, I have recommended SimplyK to several other not-for-profits and will continue to do so. Cons Les rapports suite à l'événement où à la vente sont très difficiles à faire par groupe. Une fichier excel est fourni en vrac. Difficile de voir combien de vente dans chaque catégorie.
