QBs keeps my financial records in order. It makes record keeping more productive and more efficient use of my time.

Pros

QBO is a beneficial app to handle small business bookkeeping needs. It's user friendly and easy to add employees as well as your accountant. The dashboard and performance review charts are helpful to get a quick glimpse of how well your business is performing. I also like the Shared Docs with categorized folders feature.

Cons

I wish the subscriptions were not so expensive.

Easy to share with accountant. When feeds work it is a very good timesaver.

Cons

Matching and AI could be much better. When something breaks, it is difficult to fix without support.

I use it daily to keep track of client financials. It is my go to software for my bookkeeping practice.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. Can jump right in without time consuming setup.

Cons

Bank feeds have to be relinked often and sometimes the bank statement import isn't as reliable as I would like.

More support and better 3 party integrations.

So far it's been great, it took little to no training to learn the ropes. Bank Reconciliation is very easy and having the banks linked to QBO makes it even easier and faster to reconcile end of months

Pros

How easy it integrates all modules like AR, AP and financial. Also very user firnedly and easy to use.

Cons

It doesn't have a broad range of financial indicators to build up a dashboard

Accounting is accounting. Chart of accounts, reporting, balancing... all accounting software has to be the same. However QBO makes sense of the noise if you are not from an accounting or bookkeeping background.

Pros

Ease of use, app functionality, and ability to set up a small business and QBO can grow with the company.

Cons

The constant bombardment for upgrades and other solicitations.
