Pros It is convenient for our company as an alternative way to accept payments via card for items that we need processed quickly. Cons Just about everywhere has fees added onto transactions processed via card, but having this to use for non-standard items and then on top of that having to charge them a fee is a negative. Our employees have been able to access more payment options since PayTrace offers bank transfers, debit cards and in some cases cryptocurrencies. Pros The support has been responsive to our needs and the pace of work has facilitated the customization of our systems, we have even worked together through video calls which has facilitated the incorporation. It offers competitive pricing. Cons We have had no problems since incorporation, it is a tool that works.
