Pros

We use InAppStory for multiple purposes at once — driving product adoption and sales, communicating promotions, and increasing the overall time users spend in our app. The SDK offers a wide range of mechanics that cover almost all proven engagement scenarios, making it a very flexible solution for fintech needs. We especially appreciate the user-friendly admin panel and the variety of formats available. We expect this tool to positively impact product conversion rates and significantly improve the app’s sticky factor over time.

Cons

Overall, we’re satisfied with the product, but the initial onboarding can be challenging. During integration, we realized that not all edge cases were immediately clear, and the team needed additional time to fully understand how to use all features effectively.

Pros

This is a great tool for quickly, comfortably, and efficiently interacting with an audience of specialists. We have several different types of content within the framework of our in-app stories: product-related, educational/advisory, and entertainment. Each type has its own unique goals and objectives. We like that the SDK provides an easy-to-use admin panel for publishing content, which saved us a lot of time and resources. Additionally, we like that the widget library is regularly updated, and adding new widgets doesn't require a separate release.

Cons

Sometimes there are errors both from the backend and bugs on the clients

The InAppStor tool has literally transformed our mobile application. We've found a flexible and dynamic tool that allows us to easily experiment with differnet formats and how we present information to our clients and engage users with our content. We are also excited to try implementing games within in-app stories, as the metrics are impressive.

Cons

During our usage, we have had no complaints. There are a lot of detailed instructions, and the support team is always available.
