" February 7, 2022 5.0 I took my business through a late stage seed round and needed to begin managing my cap table; As CEO of a start up I already cannot seem to find enough hours in the day to accomplish all of the tasks I need to. I connected with Pulley and within 2 hours my profile was set up and the software was breaking down everything I needed for reporting purposes. Pros The ease of use, the almost instant set up and the team running this business. Cons I don't have anything constructive say about this software; I enjoy it all around. Reason for choosing Pulley The response time by the Pulley team was unmatched and has continued to be unmatched to date. Switched from [Carta](https://www.capterra.com/p/220278/Carta/) Carta is a solid product offering, however, the poor communication and the level of difficulty it was to connect with someone on their team was more than enough of an issue to leave the platform; I was even given Carta for 1 year at no-cost---I chose to pay another vendor (pulley); Human connection matters. Pulley, within 5 days of signing up, had blown my expectations out of the water on all three fronts. I like Pros Super fast and supportive setup, functionality is extremely intuitive. Amazing pricepoint. Cons Nothing significant so far, but I know that when I do find it Pulley will be quick to respond! The customer service has been incredible and very responsive. I will use anything that Pulley creates related to managing my startup's finances. Pros The UX/UI and experience is top notch--It is far superior to Carta. The experience is intuitive and it is incredibly easy to use. I love the ability to project how the cap table will change and use it every time I prepare to fundraise. Because of how well this product has been created, I can't wait to use it for more aspects as Pulley has already won me over and I can only surmise anything they roll out will be superior! Cons I did not know that option management or valuation management was a feature! I would love to be first to know about new features and given tutorials or guidance in starting to use those functions. Really there to make sure I'm successful. Pros Pulley gets the job done. While it started out with just Cap Table management for me, we now run all of our options & valuations through Pulley as well. Fantastic, highly responsive customer support. Cons Menu structure can be a little confusing. Support is always happy to send you a video of where to find things! Very pleased with Pulley so far. Pros Pulley makes it easy to manage multiple share classes, including SAFE's and other investment vessels. The ability to quickly model out future rounds is amazing. Cons There are a few screens that once you enter, you can't go immediately back to the previous screen, forcing you to start that journey over again.
