Pros Lots of user-driven accessibility tools, which offer utility to individuals who specifically need them but also anyone else who wants to customize their experience viewing a website. Highlighting links, for example, is a tool for everyone. Pretty nifty and reasonably priced for peace of mind. Cons Needed to reach out to support to clear an account ID mismatch issue, but it was a quick fix. Also had a little snag with switching from direct code injection to GTM deployment, so perhaps the instructions could be clearer, but that could also be user error.
