THe entire team is on point and reaches out to make sure your needs are met. Pros JT is intuitive and has 99% of the features that we were looking for in a management software. Cons There are a few missing features that JT is working on as we speak. I hated them. Almost immediately. Clunky, poor integrations, not enough features, the thought of “how am I ever going to get our staff to implement this”. Not a single thought like that with JT. JobTread has an easier to use platform and BT and CF and, in most cases, more features. The system is intuitive - hour(s) were saved in the import alone vs BT and CF. Our staff was up and running within days. In its day to day use it is already • Saving time • Improving documentation • Increasing client participation through the portal • No more spreadsheets. JT does everything I need. Plus constant product updates and a Facebook group where the staff is constantly interacting and helping other. We love the product too! It's our one stop show to get a big picture view of our business as well as allowing us to dive deep into details. It's all there! Pros We tell anyone who will listen about the functionality of the Jobtread platform and the responsiveness of the Jobtread team. From CRM, to estimating, to project management, time tracking, scheduling, and job costing, Jobtread is hitting it out of the park! The customer success team at Jobread is amazing. Overall, my experience with JobTread has been positive. Pros Being able to collaborate efficiently with our team members, vendors and clients has been a blessing. The customer service and support is amazing and everything you need to manage a project from start to finish is easily accomplished. Cons Our experience has been great so far; we are still figuring out how to make some of our operations work within the system but are open to working through it with the Job Tread team. April 27, 2022 5.0 In reviewing our experience thus far with JobTread, I would say that they are a work in progress. The good thing is that they are actually MAKING progress. They are listening to their users, asking questions and then implementing what's needed or missing. I've used several different Construction Management systems over the years. Most of them stopped listening to their clients and everything got bulky and difficult. JobTread seems to be focused on making things the way their customers want instead of the way that the software developers want. So, the feedback I would offer is that while JobTread isn't perfect, their team is working to grow better every day! Pros We are thrilled with the attitude and responsiveness of the JobTread team and their desire to get better and better. Cons There are still some hurdles to get from Good to Great. Some features that make the sales pipeline portion of the CRM truly useful are simply not there. Calendaring is only a sync to Google Calendars at this point. Notifications are a little clunky and the timeclock feature is brand new and thus a little rough around the edges. Owner Accounting Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "FAVORITE Project Management Software" May 28, 2022 5.0 I have LOVED working with JobTread and can't recommend it enough. Especially for specialty contractors, it can really help bring your business to another level. For example, we implemented JobTread in my husband's roofing company about 9 months ago, and it was like hiring another team member but at a much more affordable rate than an actual hire. It came at the perfect time, and has been a life saver, saving us so much time and helping us to have documents and communication in a central location. Most importantly, the budget feature is very easy to use and has helped us get our margins where they need to be. Our clients love the professional, clean look of the estimates and invoices. As a bookkeeper, I also really appreciate the reliability of the Quickbooks integration. Last, but certainly not least, the customer service is unmatched! Pros There's almost too many to list! But here are my favorites: The budgeting feature is quick and robust. The documents are super professional and easy to use. The integration with QuickBooks Online is superb! Cons There were initially some missing features, but they literally roll out new features every couple of weeks, so a lot of the things have already been taken care of! We've been a Buildertrend user for 6 years and Jobtread is faster, more responsive and more intuitive for all users from subs to project managers. Best of all they actually listen and respond to their customers feedback and regularly release improvements. Their financial first focus made the decision easy for us to switch so we can see our job costing all in once place. Pros The interface is clean and the user experience is excellent. The layout is very intuitive and well thought out. Cons They are still missing a few key features, but nothing that would stop you from using it.
