L'utilisation de Trace One est assez facile d'utilisation et les commentaires sont pratiques pour finir de compléter les CDC.

Cons

Nous ne sommes pas forcément au courant lorsque le client a posté des commentaires. Difficulté de savoir qui doit valider avec le code couleur.

Squelette du logiciel bien structuré (les chapitres sont bien définis, facilité et rapidité pour trouver les infos, possibilité d'importer des chapitres d'autres cdc, date d'archivage dans le même cdc)

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation, structuration du logiciel, disponibilité et écoute du service client, dépannage rapide

Cons

Lenteurs informatiques, dysfonctionnements assez récurrents (impossibilité de télécharger un document ou d'enregistrer des informations, en cours de saisie la page de travail retourne à la page d'accueil et toutes les informations sont perdues, parfois les MP ne peuvent être dupliquées)

Good experience, easy to access the system and the information which you looking for is easy to find

Pros

Good system, easy to work with and access, information found is really useful and lots of things to learn

Cons

The system itself sometimes is blocking and the connection is really slow, as example you are working on a spec and you can loose the information.

Je n'utilise pas au quotidien le logiciel PLM mais j'interviens dans son adaptation et il n'est pas toujours simple d'obtenir les évolutions

Pros

Tout est centralisé et archivé. Permets de gerer de A à Z le cycle de vie du produit. Cela permet les echanges avec les fournisseurs

Cons

Les délais pour modifier ou ameliorer les outils sont parfois longs. La modernisation des outils devrait arranger les choses.

Les éléments sont denses et nécessitent un long apprentissage. Heureusement que notre Customer Success Manager est très à l'écoute.

Pros

Notre Customer Success Manager (\[contenu sensible caché\]) est très à l'écoute et dans l'accompagnement. Un vrai plaisir de collaborer avec elle et faire évoluer les outils.

Cons

La prise en charge (par support@trace.one) et les temps de traitement des dépannages sont beaucoup trop longs et inadaptés au besoin de l'activité. Les temps de développement de certains outils sont parfois trop longs (plusieurs mois). Il reste de nombreuses évolutions à mettre en place dans les outils pour optimiser et faciliter son utilisation.

Encantada con la plataforma, como se está llevando y el soporte que tiene. Destacar que es coherente y que el apoyo posterior es excelente en todas las veces que lo hemos solicitado, tanto en contenido como en tiempos de ayuda.

Pros

Una vez conoces o empiezas a mirar la plataforma (parte de especificaciones), ésta es más coherente y simple que otras plataformas de especificaciones que trabajamos. El apoyo / soporte que se tiene de la plataforma es excelente.

Cons

Lo que cuesta siempre al principio es hacerte a la plataforma, al estilo y a donde está toda la información. Pero es dedicación - tiempo y tienes solventado esta desventaja. A veces es complejo iniciar el tramite de apoyo en caso de necesidad, dado que nosotros la utilizamos para producto de marca blanca, pero una vez se tramita, no hay problema. Todo lo contrario, esta parte de soporte se convierte en una ventaja.

La praticité d'usage entre les différents acteurs sur un même outils sécurisé est clairement le point fort de TraceOne. L'accompagnement des équipes est fort apprécié et possibilité de reporting sont infini.

Cons

Les passerelles entre différents portails entre eux n'est clairement pas optimal. Ex : Donnée sur les portail AMC, ITM & Auchan vers AURA Retail PL

We haved shared with 4 general products. The multiple questions and tabs to go throught. Once few were done then it was nice and easy to follow.

Pros

The fact that once you get used to a habit of putting the data and regular checks you have all the details in one place.

Cons

The notification phase - I am never sure whether the data was read or not. If the green colour was achieved for any of the tab maybe the could be an option to hide them. In such a case the scrolling down will spead up.

Overall, my experience with Trace One PLM is positive. Once I became familiar with the system (good trainings!), I found it efficient and reliable for creating and managing product specifications. It provides a solid framework for ensuring product compliance and transparency, which is especially important in the food industry. Of course, a big advantage is efficient, helpful and friendly Trace One support.

Pros

Structured and centralized approach to product data management. It made it easier to collaborate with suppliers, and ensured that all relevant documentation, ingredient information, and regulatory compliance data were organized and accessible. The interface also supports clear workflows, which helped me stay on track throughout the specification process.

Cons

Some functionalities are not very intuitive, especially for new users. It would be helpful to have more contextual guidance or tooltips directly within the platform, especially when filling out detailed sections of the specification.
