### "Awesome customer experience, and so many possibilities"

Overall, my experience with WISMOlabs is extremely positive, I love working with the team and enjoy the possibilities that the platform provides. There are a lot of improvements in the WISMOlabs roadmap and I look forward to seeing what improvements we can see in the future!

Pros

There are so many different features available and the platform is so configurable. Working with the WISMO team has been great. I get responses to my questions extremely quickly. The team is extremely proactive in informing me with what I need to worry about in the future in order to better take advantage of the platform.

Cons

I would love to be able to create new notifications like "shipment delayed" based off of business rules. I believe this is on the roadmap and I look forward to that! In addition to that, there are some features like configuration of the tracking page that takes WISMO's team to need to complete.

The experience has been great! We looked at other platforms but chose WISMO because of the expectation of a much higher level of service. This has turned out to be a great decision as the team at WISMO is ready to help at a moments notice. They also proactively ask for our feedback and are continuing to add more features to the platform based on our suggestions.

Pros

Ensuring a best in class post-purchase experience was a top priority for our company. Thanks to WISMO , we have been able to build a custom tracking page and provide post shipment notification emails, which has delighted our clients.

Cons

Nothing that we do not like. WISMO has met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Smooth. Seamless. Easy. Responsive. What more could we ask for?!?

Pros

WismoLabs has been an easy-to-implement solution for us that makes it easy for us to continually communicate with our customers on the status of the shipment. We are also at the early stages of leveraging the analytics to assess shipment times relative to the standards that the carriers have set and we are looking forward to the insights that we will gain from this with the WismoLabs platform.

Cons

no cons. Seriously - it's all been good. The team has been very responsive to helping us with continuous improvements on suggestions.

Reason for choosing WISMOlabs

we liked what we saw and the price was right with no long term commitments so we were able to jump in and give it a try worry free - so we didn't look at alternatives, and still have not felt the need to.

\- Cohesive post-purchase branding experience - Great insight into each step of the carrier delivery process - The data on post-purchase customer engagement is super valuable

We would want to be able to manage it from inside the Shopify Admin.

### "Excellent support to get our WISMO handled properly"

We signed up for WISMOlabs to have a better post-purchase experience and answer customers’ mostly asked question “Where is my order”? We sign-up with WISMOlabs which is referred to us by friends. During our scale, it reduced the need of adding more agents answering WISMO inquiries. We used to have 10 outsourced customer support agents, we reduced them to 3. This alone has saved us 70% on outsourcing costs. Customer trust for reordering also improved as their shipment experience has been smooth - I would say our customer retention % has improved by 15-20% more. I highly recommended WISMOlabs to any startup or businesses at scale out there. As a marketing manager, this is very vital to a brand or store’s customer experience. Trust me it reduces the headache for your customer experience team.

Pros

Real-time tracking, branded order tracking page, personalized SMS/Email Alert, and top-notch support!

Cons

Not that we could think of, because for every feature/issue we request, they'll definitely work on it to improve/implement/fix.

I had the pleasure of using WISMO LABS for order tracking, and I must say that it provided me with an exceptional experience. One of the biggest advantages of using WISMO LABS is that it allows businesses to concentrate on their primary operations while taking care of order tracking tools.What I appreciated the most about WISMO LABS was their effective use of notifications for order status updates. This tool is undoubtedly the best feature of WISMO LABS. The notifications are timely and keeping our customers informed throughout the entire delivery process.The support provided by WISMO LABS is exceptional, with even the company's \[sensitive content hidden\] being able to come up with solutions promptly.

Cons

NO CONS: We encountered issues with our UPS shipment at the cross-border customs, where UPS would transfer the package to Canada Post, resulting in a change of the tracking number to Canada Post's system. However, WISMO LABS simplified this tracking process for us after implementation.

### "Look no further for post-purchase"

Now this isn't to come off biased, but from using other services and then working for WISMOlabs, then returning to eCommerce I truly believe that WISMO is the best post-purchase solution on the market. Our CSR's rave about it, just as our customers do to them. Even with my background in working with the team previously the simplicity of integration is something anyone can do......it's as simple as injecting a link. Both of the websites we have use that concept but the predictive tracking and messaging will soon be installed and put our user experience over the top. All the market assets they offer along the way makes this the final no brainer. LOOK NO FURTHER.

Pros

Ease of onboarding, outstanding customer support, unlimited customizations, marketing assets, cost effectiveness

Cons

There is nothing left to be desired that we haven't asked for and isn't already being developed.

Pros

Lots of great features and customizations possible to make a great experience for your customers. The most impressive part is the configurable business rules for enhancing delivery tracking.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming to get started with so many possibilities. The Wismo team was right there with us to walk us through it all and ensure we got it working the way we wanted.

We are very happy working with WISMO. The biggest "solve" was creating a cohesive brand experience for tracking and post-purchase, and we have a much greater opportunity to manage our customer service when customers track on our own platform.

Pros

The product allows for significant customization, letting your customers have a seamless branded experience. And their customer service is amazing; they will do anything to help you get your tracking portal off the ground.

Cons

The only limitation we had, in the beginning, was that it didn't integrate with our international tracking, which was honestly a bigger limitation of our international tracking at the time than of WISMO.
