In addition, it is the only offer I have found where you can also track "external" referral products (i.e. without direct payment via the tool). Pros The dashboard where all the information lives and the way it’s presented. I liked the funnel it gives a clear and visual method of understanding how well a campaign is going. Cons Some of tabs are hidden that I don’t think should be. Failed rewards for example was a hidden tab that I didn’t see until after the campaign was over meaning quite a few referrals didn’t get the reward they deserved. It’s been so effective we’re now looking at scaling it for business referrals too. The platform is simple to use, looks professional, and the support team have been brilliant throughout. Pros It was really easy to set up and worked perfectly with our HubSpot CRM, which saved us a lot of manual work. The templates were handy, customising everything was simple, and the reporting made it easy to track results. Their support team were quick and helpful whenever we had questions. Cons Some of the customisation options felt a bit limited, especially when trying to tweak the design beyond the basics. Pros We have loved that we can automate our emails and the process of getting people to sign up and refer their friends. Cons We really enjoy using Referral Factory - the only downside for us is that we aren't able to automate the qualifying process because it doesn't allow us to qualify based on a deal amount. The analytics feature was the feature I appreciated the most; it is clear to see how customers are responding to referrals allowing you to make changes to enhance the performance of your referrals. It is easy to link other accounts to Referrals Factory to optimize your experience and have everything you need in the same place. It is very easy to create a new campaign and is a quick experience. It would be easy to gain help or supporting using the platform due to the help option in the top right, and the chat function in the bottom right. Cons It is difficult to answer this question as I was generally very satisfied with my experience. Potentially my feedback would be for some of the font/text to be larger in places/clearer colours. From CRMs to my preferred Add-Ons, you can customize it all. Another plus is the design of the platform, which makes it easy to navigate through it. Pros What I liked the most is the fact that you can adjust the platform to your specific needs in a matter of seconds. Add any CRM you want, and easily set up a campaign (AI tools are integrated! We were able to do so with their assistance. Pros Their willingness to work with us to find solutions to how we wanted to implement their features. Sometimes, we needed to spell out the needs and things we wanted to accomplish, but RF was always very willing to engage.Scheduling time with the right people was very easy, despite significant time zone differences.RF made people available for critical milestones as we launched the program and always had people available to engage whether through chat or setting up meetings.Off-the-shelf features and use cases is the way to go with them. They are continually rolling out new features and able to respond quickly to any concerns or issues that arise.The flexibility of the APIs was great, but not always clear on what is supported...need to test things out to see if it works the way they think it will. As a small business and client education services owner, I’ve used Referral Factory for over six months to build, launch, and run my company referral program without taking months or even years to learn how to code.With Referral Factory, I have easy access to the company’s team of referral marketing experts if I have any questions. It’s also reasonably affordable, and even the basic package gives me access to the entire site, its features, tool suite, 500 users, up to one referral campaign, and a helpful support team that I can reach out to via video or chat. I also love that the software is pretty simple to use once you get the hang of it. It automates a lot of things which would otherwise either not get done at all, or simply get pushed back until more important / urgent things were completed. Pros As someone who thought they knew what they needed, but didn't have any technical expertise, Referral Factory made it easy to see how I could set up a schema and link to Hubspot. My ideal referral system is complicated, as it is built around my belief that customers are more likely to buy from me if someone they know has referred them. In turn, this reinforces the awareness of my product (which is a course). Cons It took longer than I had planned to get set up - I thought it would be fairly simple and assumed I knew how to get it set up. I didn't have the technical expertise so everything took longer and there were lots of features to explore. Additional how-to videos would be useful for those like me.
