Pros The widgets look super nice on my site – clean and modern. I really love that I can show all my reviews from different OTAs in one place. It saves me loads of time and looks much more professional. The sentiment analysis is also a nice surprise – it gives you a better idea of what guests really think. Setup was easy too! Cons It’d be amazing if the widgets could switch languages for international guests. Also, I wish I could export the stats – I’d love to use that data in my own reports.
