The support and care about how the product works for our office is like no other company. They are quick to respond to anything I have and love feedback to constantly improve their product/services. They look to add features that other software companies don't have - like making it easier to collect data from cases for research studies, having an app for patients to be able to schedule/reschedule and see their x-rays, and since it's cloud-based I can access it from anywhere. They never settle for a mediocre product. I love the software now, but I can't wait to see what this software will be like even further down the road.

Pros

I absolutely love the two-way text feature, both for the office and for the patient. We can schedule text appointment reminders auto send and a patient can simply reply to confirm/reschedule/cancel. Patients can also use the text feature to sign-in regularly or virtually (wait in their car until it's their turn- it also auto sends a text to come in when it's almost their turn). This feature alone has helped patients to keep their appointments, which helps to free up my staff and make our office more efficient.

Cons

Since the software is so new, with many up and coming features, the new features typically need some real-time feedback. However, I just contact support and let them know what works really well and what doesn't in our office. I feel that they genuinely listen to my feedback and work on getting the product to be better for everyone.

ChiroHD has been vital to my success as a first time practice owner. The ChiroHD support is top tier, from the initial setup to hiccups throughout the first year utilizing their software they have been quick to respond and resolve any issues or confusion. ChiroHD and the ChiroHD team are what you need to run a smooth operating family chiropractic office.

Pros

Extremely easy to schedule patients in multiple scenarios. From website integration for new patient appointment scheduling to bulk scheduling families ChiroHD is simple and user friendly. Keeping track of patients care plans and recommendation is vital to our family practice. ChiroHD streamlines this with the ability to create care plan templates that actively track and notify you how your patients are performing on schedule.

Cons

ChiroHD allows potential patient to schedule on your website through their slick online scheduler integration. The one con of this feature is it does not notify you when a patient books or creates a lead. This is not a huge issue if you are actively on your EHR during the day checking but could be improved. Email notifications or pop up notifications would be helpful for quicker lead followup especially out of normal office hours.

User interface was very confusing with Platinum. Platinum catered to more insurance based providers and ChiroHD suited a family cash based practice better. Platinum is not Apple or Mac friendly the way ChiroHD is.

It has potential but does have too many things that needs to be tweaked and while it is better for tracking and billing, however, is not appropriate in regards to use for Physical Therapy Purposes. (our Chiro also said it takes a lot longer to complete daily notes as well and had several mistakes with billing due to dates/provider changing automatically).

Pros

I liked being able to separate cases for different providers/services and the alerts were nice. The tracking of appointments was also helpful. I like the alerts for pre-billing scrub issues.

Cons

The layout of the schedule (our Chiro sees up to 10 patients in a time slot which makes it hard to read/see on the calendar) did not look good or make it easy to schedule PT patients between providers. Too many clicks for billing and constantly having to check to make sure it was the correct case/provider/date as sometimes they would change automatically. Very poor Physical therapy note templates (not legal/defensible in court and very laborious to complete).

Switched over from another system and we love this one. Doesn't lag, very easy to figure out and the customer service is great whenever we do happen to have any issues or questions.

Pros

User friendly. And we really like that you are able to set alerts for patients. That helps us not to forget to give patients superbills and/or traction devices. And overall helps us communicate when there is more than one CA

Cons

Can't change the size/color/bold/underline text in patient notes on their file. and text size is very small.

I love using ChiroHD in my office! It's extremely easy to use and helps me get my work done fast! The team is also super helpful. Whenever I run into an issue, it usually only takes a few minutes to get resolved!

Pros

It is efficient and effective! I love how easy it is to use and how helpful the team is whenever I need something!

Cons

I wish there was a way to have a "parent" section when the patient is a minor and the parent isn't under care. That way the texts say the parent's name since it is their phone number.

Customer Service has been great. I recently had a support chat with \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was so helpful and resolved 4 questions I had that made a huge difference in our office instantly. She gave verbal descriptions and screenshots to help me work through them. She was patient and attentive and made our ability to serve our patients that much easier.

Pros

Chiro HD is SO user friendly. We've never switched software without tears and this switch was pure joy! It's so customizable and you can tell that there is intentional thought about how a real Chiropractic office works.

Cons

You can't bulk reschedule appointments. You have to delete them all and reschedule. It would also be nice if you could look at a patient's future visits and click on an appointment and it would take you to that date on the calendar.

We love ChiroHD and hope to convince our colleagues to make the switch.

Pros

It is very easy to use and has a lot of premade features, most of which are customizable. This is extremely helpful while building the EHR and beyond. It is easy to use, train on and makes practice streamlined and keeps everything all in one place. It's ability to integrate with other useful platforms is a huge bonus!

Cons

Our biggest and maybe only thing we don't like is the inability to edit the patient paperwork. The premade form does not align with our practice so it forced us to use IntakeQ for our paperwork needs which is an added expense to an already pricier EHR system.

That the solutions to issues are usually being established or in the works to being completed. Glad the staff is aware of thing that can use some attention. Also like that a new issue is taken seriously and is immediately addressed.

Some of the integration takes longer than expected and hard to explain through chat.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the software has been a breathe of fresh air compared to what we had used in the past and is constantly improving. We love the cloud based system and its very easy to use.

Pros

Cloud based, easy to use with multiple doctors, highly customizable. Online paperwork populates demographics automatically. Integrates well with 3rd party companies, offers 2 way texting, Drag and drop features makes re-scheduling easier as well as attaching documents. Lower priced than many other EHR providers.

Cons

Unable to print bulk monthly statements. Some of information we keep stats isn't readily available.

Phenomenal! I have never once had a rude or negative interaction with someone with ChiroHD. This had made our change from our previous EHR experience run much smoother than expected because of all their help and support.

Pros

The Macros were huge for our docs! This helped them be able to organize their Macros specifically towards their styles and techniques to organize their SOAP notes. This has made things very easy on the provider side. We as a whole, love the team with our friendly they are and how they are willing to put in every bit of effort they can to help me get to where I need to be in order for the clinic to run at its best!

Cons

We are honestly still learning things as we go which I wouldn't say is a con, but definitely new things that are discovered is always a bonus in making our set up cleaner, system easier for people to handle and to learn off of as well. We do struggle with trying to make sure payments stay processed when divided amongst docs. We have been trying to make sure the right doc is charged for the right patient, but it sometimes will automatically change the payment from one of \[sensitive content hidden\] patients to \[sensitive content hidden\] and vice versa. Is this something I can get more help on? I just want this to be more manageable on our end.

We are sticklers with service and they've nailed it from start to finish. The onboarding was clear and concise. I knew what to expect every step of the way, making the conversion amazingly smooth. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] also prides himself on creating software that is made from the USER's perspective, rather than the programmers, which is almost unheard of. The software definitely understands what it's like to run and work an office. The online support should be cloned. Seriously, we need more people like them in the world! Can't say enough about them.

Pros

ChiroHD is both simple while exceptionally savvy. It has countless intuitive features that make the front desk so much more efficient. The integrated texting, the automation of forms, the scheduling app, the drag and drop features, and the ease of finding patient information QUICKLY, are just some of the features that make this software far superior to the others we shopped. And the onboarding and ongoing tech support is UNPARALLELED!

Cons

Like all software, there are several areas that can be improved upon, but that being said, they are CONSTANTLY streamlining and fine tuning. They are open to any and all feedback and really pride themselves in good old-fashioned customer service while still remaining cutting edge and ahead of the curve. We look forward to families using the scheduling app, and some revisions to care plan information/tracking. We also look forward to every single update that occurs with the simple click of a button. We are always surprised by a new slick feature.!

We chose ChiroHD because of ease of use, efficiency, automation, integration and service. We didn't have to leave ChiroTouch. It worked fine and our office was run like a well oiled machine. BUT we knew we could elevate with a savvier system and ChiroHD far exceeded our expectations!

We have loved this EHR since switching. It has made it so much simpler for our patients and our team. We have now been able to get off having a server based system, which caused us tons of headaches. Screenings are so much simpler now that we can access our scheduling system from anywhere!

Pros

Rescheduling within the day is as simple as drag and drop. Texting is seamless with patients including appointment reminders. App Integration is simple for patients.

Cons

The things we liked the least was the care plan status and adjustment counter. We don't go based off a years worth of care but specific care plans for different amounts of time. If the patient gets off tempo with the pacing and outside of say a 3 month care plan, the calculator stops counting.

Hated only being able to access it from the office, it was clunky with multiple apps that you have to use. The server based system really bogged us down speed wise. The support was hands down fantastic while we were deciding. They answered all questions, set up video calls, sent youtube videos and more. Thankful for all of their help!

I love it so far. Anytime I have a question, customer service quickly helps me and they are always friendly. I love that the company is constantly striving to provide everything we may not realize we need in our practice!

Pros

I love how easy the software is to use. I don't have a hard time quickly finding information that I need.

Cons

I wish that I could schedule an event ON the calendar to block that time without adding it as an exception. I also wish that you could extend a patients plan without adding adjustments and have them still count down.

For the past year it has been a great system to use. There have been some recent problems that we are working with the customer service to fix regarding our notes not saving. Overall though it has been easy to use and navigate.

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate and learn how to use. I really enjoy how available the service team has been and how pleasant they are. It is easy to pull up patients and go through their account. I have really enjoyed this service.

Cons

Things have not been saving in our systems which has been very frustrating and it doesn't seem to be a top priority.

My experience has been outstanding. It has made my job easier as a chiropractor (especially from someone who dislikes SOAP notes). Best software system out there.

Pros

I love everything about ChiroHD. The system has made it seamless to schedule patients and allows you and patients to text back and forth. SOAP note macros are efficient and easy to change. Everything about this system is awesome.

Cons

Nothing. I have enjoyed everything about the system.

It's super intuitive. It's so simple to navigate and the experience using the EHR is so smooth. I also like the usage of Patient Cases in one profile versus having multiple patient profiles for the same patient if they are receiving an array of services.

Pros

Besides the time-saving aspect, I love how ChiroHD keeps everything organized and accessible. It's so convenient to have patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes all in one place. Plus the ability to easily generate reports and track bulling has been a huge help. Overall, I highly recommend ChiroHD for any chiropractic practice!

Cons

Sometimes the software can be slow. It's usually because of our internet connection. It's not really a con of the software itself, just something we have to deal with from time to time. Overall, the benefits definitely outweigh any minor speed bumps.

Pros

I have only ever used ChiroHD since I have worked for 100% Chiropractic, but from what I hear, it is a LOT better than whatever our old system was. Overall, it's fairly easy to use and navigate and as I find more and more tricks, it makes my life even easier. If I do have any questions, the support group are always super helpful via chat as well.

Cons

I feel like sometimes I finally get used to something and then it changes or some random thing will be there that wasn't there before. It can also be a little too glitchy. If you barely click on a patient's name on the schedule, sometimes it shoots it to a random place and you have to do a "Where's Waldo?" to find it haha. Overall, not a lot to complain about.
