Utilizzo WorkTogether sin dal sua prima versione del 2002 e in questi anni ho sempre trovato nella piattaforma la soluzione giusta al momento giusto. La flessibilità della soluzione e anche quella del fornitore, garantiscono che l'adozione dello strumento possa evolversi nel tempo con le esigenze aziendali.

Pros

La semplicità d'uso della piattaforma consente di poter impostare un ambiente di lavoro digitale che può facilmente essere mantenuto da chiunque in azienda, garantendo un continuo e costante aggiornamento dei contenuti.

Cons

Nulla in particolare: le funzioni a disposizione sono talmente complete ed esaustive che consentono di ampliare gli sviluppi di ogni idea che viene proposta e di implementarla in intranet senza nessun ostacolo.

Grazie per l'ottima recensione: accogliamo il consiglio di migliorare ulteriormente l'interfaccia di creazione form. La filosofia di Form Workflow consente ai gestori di delegare allo strumento di autogenerazione la parte grafica, che rende le interfacce ottimizzate per la navigazione mobile, garantendo una elevata user experience. I gestori possono così concentrarsi sul processo, pubblicandolo in tempi rapidi.

Worktogether è un prodotto maturo che con gli anni si è evoluto diventando sempre più flessibile e semplice da utilizzare. Lo consiglierei anche per la modularità. Per noi è stato ed è uno strumento fondamentale anche per allineare i team ai principi della cultura aziendale.

Non ho particolari osservazioni in merito perché l'assistenza è sempre stata aperta ai suggerimenti e alle migliorie proposte.

Pros

Apprezzo la completezza e l'integrazione delle funzionalità di WorkTogheter, che sono difficili da trovare anche in software più blasonati e costosi. Come consulente IT, spesso propongo WorkTogheter ai miei clienti, in quanto mi aiuta nella riorganizzazione della loro struttura informativa e dei loro processi aziendali.

Cons

Il prodotto è molto semplice da utilizzare per l'utente finale e la curva di apprendimento, anche per le funzioni più avanzate, è dolce.Se dovessi trovare un "difetto" per me che sono consulente, lo troverei nella politica dei prezzi: lo troverei più profittevole se avesse costi di licenza più alti per i profili amministrativi, invece la società ha deciso in tal senso una politica molto democratica.

Reasons for choosing WorkTogether

Ho preferito WorkTogheter per il giusto posizionamento tra prodotto preconfezionato e prodotto totalmente da configurare. WorkTogheter secondo me è stato concepito per raggiungere un risultato altamente professionale e personalizzato nel minor tempo possibile. Poi per i raffinamenti .. c'è tempo e intanto il cliente impara a capire le chicche non immediatamente visibili e usarle pian piano.

Cons

La gestione dei gruppi di utenti deve essere migliorata. Deve essere possibile creare gruppi composti da altri gruppi. In aziende con tanti dipendenti è indispensabile per gestire le abilitazioni in maniera efficiente
