Als Admin kann man schnell auf Veränderungen reagieren. Super Unterstützung bei der dezentralen Arbeit zwischen dem Personalbereich, Mitarbeitern, Führungskräften und Bewerbern. Pros Die Module sind sehr individuell und flexibel anpassbar, sodass man als Admin schnell auf Änderungen reagieren kann. Die Einheitlichkeit der Modul macht die Einarbeitung leicht. Im Personalbereich ist die Bedienung intuitiv. Für Nutzer außerhalb des Personalbereiches ist die intuitive Bedienung bei immer wiederkehrender Nutzung gegeben. Cons Sporadische Nutzer sind oft verwirrt, da sie nicht genau wissen in welchem Modul welche Informationen oder ToDos erledigt werden sollen/müssen. Durch den Modulwechsler sind die Startseite zwar inhaltlich anders, sehen aber auf dem ersten Blick gleich aus. Der Datenaustausch zwischen den Modulen könnte viel besser ausgebaut werden, damit gleiche Daten nicht je Modul erfasst werden müssten.
