Their technical issues have caused me a great deal of frustration. Over the weekend, I tried to access my forms, but they wouldn't load. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to get in touch with anyone to help me. When I finally received an email asking me to explain the issue, I was surprised and disappointed. The system also stopped working during the week and I had no way of getting in touch with their customer service team. They are charging a hefty price for a faulty system, and it is unethical that they do not allow access to any forms when subscriptions are cancelled, even if there are days left in the billing period. I will be reporting this company, and I urge others to stay away from them. I am still paying in the hope that I will be able to download the forms I need but I caution others to be wary of spending their money on this service. CLIO is a great product and every other option I have purchased as an add on is awesome. CLIO is not good at document automation in general, but this product, is horrific for an average small firm lawyer to use. Pros It worked seamlessly with the CLIO platform, which I have been a customer of for many years Cons Where do I start. Difficult to use for a non computer programmer and is not very intuitive. You cant change fonts and customer service is a little lacking on understanding lawyers use this product not programmers. The biggest thing is if you were stupid enough to pay in advance (yearly) as I did and you cancel, there is no pro rata return of your money. Switched from [Mitratech HotDocs](https://www.capterra.com/p/123091/HotDocs-Developer/) To seamlessly work with the CLIO platform and because of my status, it was cheaper. Response from Vendor February 8, 2023 We received your feedback, John, and we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know ways we can improve. Our goal has always been that Lawyaw is a tool that is easy to use and intuitive. If we've missed the mark, we want to do better. It is true that we do not currently have the ability for our users to change fonts when drafting with our Court Forms product but changing fonts with Word Templates is possible. If, in the rare circumstance that you insert a field into your document and the font does not mimic the surrounding text or the text you replaced, all you do is click the field and change the font to your desired settings just like you would in any Microsoft Word document. That said, many users work from Microsoft Word documents that utilize the Styles feature in Word. These settings will always take precedent over any manual changes. If you were using Styles, even inadvertently, then modifying the style presets is the only way to permanently change the font. While we are very sad that this clouded your experience of our product, we wish we could have done more to satisfy your needs and perhaps troubleshoot this issue with you before you left. Nevertheless, your valuable feedback does help us, and for that we thank you.
