The ease of being able to look up customers is great. I also like the fact that you can put in a vehicle tag number and it pulls up the vehicle and VIN. The support team with AutoLeap is wonderful. They will help you in any way they can. Listened to some of the gaps we would like to see for future enhancement's. Pros I have been thru many conversions in my career Autoleap Implementation went very smooth. The program is very intuitive. The team was extremely helpful in getting the data I wanted from my old loaded in Autoleap. Cons it doesn't have a option to print Labels for parts Reason for choosing AutoLeap They had solutions to two of the main needs: inventory control/Internal part numbers and ability to bring over canned jobs from our current system. It has made my days o whole lot stress free Pros The speed of invoicing and estimating no more hand writing Cons The vehical look up gets confused. The tech app allows the technicians to spend more time working on vehicles and les on admin duties. Cons Some of our parts supplies cannot integrate with the system or nextpart/parts tech, not totally an autoleap issue though. The software offers so much value for the cost and we are impressed with how easy it makes the bookkeeping for Auto Repair shops. Pros I do the bookkeeping for a few auto repair shops. They use Auto Leap and it is amazing. It offers so many features for management on the shop side and it integrates so seamlessly with Quickbooks Online. Cons I have had no issues with the software. Pros Once we had our Account set up. It was easy to create quotes for customers and receive authorizations quickly. It is also nice to see all of the reports available and keep track of our technicians. Cons It was a lot of work to set up and it took us a while to get fully comfortable and confident with using the software. Cons We were precarious about swapping to begin with due to no trial period. But thankfully it worked out well for us!
