Ease of use . I like sms quotes for approval feature and sms appointments.

Cons

when adding services you can not delete just deactivate.

We have had a great experience with Autoleap thus far. Any issue we have run into they have easily and quickly assisted.

Pros

The ease to move around and access to all of the information you could ever need at the push of a button.

Cons

The pricing matrix is not as easy as it could be with access to seeing percentages and being able to change on the fly

It's extremely difficult to transfer a techs inspection report to an estimate.

Since the first zoom call I've had with AutoLeap everyone was amazing. Very nice and straight forward about everything and also very patient with us in having to reschedule a few times. Nevertheless we got everything taken care of and we are on track due to the excellent help of your employees at AutoLeap.

That it creates a new tab anytime you click on something.

Pretty positive overall experience. Out of all the softwares I’ve used in the automotive industry this is the easiest to navigate and customize.

Pros

Very user friendly and helps save time communicating between technicians and customers.

Cons

Unable to link part numbers with vehicle makes/models. Have to resort to 3rd party look ups and manually input them with each customer.

Excellent experience with setup, training, and explaining the features. We were definitely being sold, however they also identified the features we would benefit from most and homed in on training us with them.

Pros

Ease of setup, lots of organizational features, lots of hand holding and help during the training and learning stages early on.

Cons

The text message feature is glitchy, doesn't show all of the reminders that the customers get so sometimes we do not know what they're replying to.

It is too early to tell. I need more practice and need to keep learning.

AutoLeap provides a great parts ordering experience which makes it very easy to compare parts pricing and add them back onto your estimate.

Cons

AutoLeap took a little bit of time to get used to, especially compared to our much older previous system, but once you get the hang of it, it's great!

So far everything has been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great with checking in on us and even though we are not utilizing its full potential at the moment. I feel that this system will greatly improve our systems at the shop level.

Pros

Everything is integrated into one program which saves me time when looking up parts and labor. Remote help is awesome. Had a couple of quirks, but I used the chat option and we were able to get it figured out and fixed within a few hours.

Cons

I have not found anything that I do not like about this program. It was a little confusing at first figuring out how to look parts up. But I figured that out quickly enough.

I came from working in the the trucking industry for 40 years, and had only worked on my vehicles and grew up watching and helping my dad work on vehicles. I had the basic knowledge, but Auto Leap has taught me so much more.

Pros

Easy to figure out and if you mess up it is easy to fix.

Cons

Reports- I need more time to learn on the reporting side.

The integrations for estimating saves a ton of time, but the automations for customer reminders, follow ups, estimate approval, e-signatures, and reviews is what I love most.

Cons

Nothing so far, we have only used it for about a month now and are still building processes around the software.

Ease of setup, cost, and training were all pro's in the deciding factor.

I feel like the sales team and the engineering team need to work together to truly understand the true limitations of the system. The conversion to AutoLeap was a true challenge and having to reverse migrate after only two weeks is a tough pill to swallow.

Pros

I love that the CRM is integrated into the shop management system with easy access to customer reviews (internal and Google) but the CRM is actually so limited that it prevents you from utilizing your own data for other marketing campaigns such as direct mail. Additionally the CRM is limited to actual customers and does not work with mailing lists.

Cons

The reporting features are limited. Once an invoice is completed there is no way to make changes to it such as correcting a technician or a cost of a part. Additionally, technician efficiency reporting is strange and hard to understand. I have used multiple systems including TekMetric, RO Writer, ShopWare, AllData Manage and others and have never had such a difficult time understanding my KPI metrics.
