Overall it has been good, we have had very few issues and our autoleap rep has been amazing at help us work through any and all steps we have encountered

Pros

I like the breakdown of the ro, our customers really enjoy being able to see step by step what they are being charged for

Cons

The motor side is not up to par with other repair data

So far so good. I'm still in the implementation stage but it's already helping me organize my invoices and records better.

Pros

The integrations are my favorite part. Motor is a treasure trove of information that helps me figure out stuff that would normally take hours of research on online forums.

Cons

Its was a little confusing to use at first but the help center and support team more than made up for it.

very helpful and fixed all of my issues quickly

Pros

Once I learned the system, I really enjoy how quick and efficient the estimate/invoice/payment process is. Finding parts and pricing fairly and efficiently is much easier now.

Cons

The initial process is a little bit tedious and kind of a long process, however there is so much help along the way, and I can see why they broke it up this way.

Its all in one system. Google reviews, parts ordering are both a plus.

### "Absolutely no regrets in moving to Auto Leap."

Auto Leap became easier and easier to work with. I was up to speed after only 50 RO's.

Pros

The system software is designed around the auto repair industry, so it works very well for my specialized shop. I did my homework and looked at all of their competition and one by one they fell by the wayside when it came down to the complete package.

Information from my old system could not be transferred

Autoleap has very good customer service. They were very thorough with any questions and took the time to make sure I understood.

Pros

Autoleap is easier to work with than other systems I have used. Makes estimates and invoices more user friendly for customers to review.

Cons

I do not like how the system logs out my PC if I log into my mobile device and vice versa

Stressful because there is so much to learn in a short amount of time. I did not feel that the training offered in the group setting was helpful but once Chelsea and I were able to have training sessions one on one I was able to learn much more and relay that information to my team.

Pros

Chelsea was very informative and super willing to help us adapt to the new system.

Cons

The payroll tracking is not easy because we work on a commissions based pay, however we have found some work arounds that seem to be doing okay.

Great, very productive, and helpful. Every person especially phil were very helpful, mindful of my situation, and very supportive.

Pros

The communication and willingness to help.

Cons

Cost. The only downfall I see is the cost of the program. YES, it does many things but its not necessarily ideal for the smaller crowd and definitely makes a difference.

Pros

Fairly easy to use and love the integration of parts ordering. Especially the vehicle diagrams in partstech.

Cons

The calendar does not have bays (so as to fill and see bays at a glance) like our old system did.

I personal have used Mitchel and by far this is much better

Pros

Support and easy messaging to my customers

Cons

Paying for it wish it was cheaper but it is cheaper than others. The motor portion could be better

Reason for choosing AutoLeap

I liked the price compared to others I feel it’s good could be a touch cheaper I spent about 1,000 a month on this and card services

SO FAR ITS SO HELPFUL LABOR TIMES PARTS AND PRICES RIGHT THERE. CLEAR TO ME AND THE CUSTOMER. BUT THE MOST IMPRESIVE PART OF THIS ALL IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM AUTOLEAP IS RIGHT THERE WITHIN 5 MINS.

SO FAR IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME WAISTED AND PUTS IT BACK INTO THE SHOP. I AM AS OF RIGHT NOW A ONE MAN SHOW AND ITS VERY HARD TO DO ALL THE JOBS IT TAKES TO RUN THE SHOP. NOW THIS DOESNT TAKE AWAY EVERYTHING BUT IT IS SUCH A BIG HELP WITH APPROVAL I DONT HAVE TO STAY ON THEY PHONE FOR 45 MINS JUST TALKING TO A CUSTOMER

So-so. It is not as easy as I expected, but hopefully, they will improve.

Pros

Customer service is top-notch. I know I can contact my rep at any time to discuss any concerns or questions I may have.

Cons

Some services I expected to have were not included, such as basic service notifications for customers, PartsTech is really not as good as just calling the local parts store, and there is no user-friendly mobile app.
