It has also enabled us to outsource corporate housekeeping processes with the Klea team, helping us work more efficiently (esp. in different jurisdictions). It serves as a single source of truth for all corporate documents and is available for the business user besides Legal. In addition, the clean and uncluttered design makes navigation easy, you always know where to find what you need. Klea also is constantly working on improving the platform and offering new add-ons which is nice. Cons There were a few areas where service levels fell short, such as receiving incorrect documents from partners or experiencing longer response times to inquiries. We addressed these issues and the team proposed practical solutions. After addressing these issues we already see that our concerns were taken seriously and the team is making efforts.
